摘要： A method for cutting and molding in small windows of a window-type semiconductor package and the semiconductor package fabricated from the same are revealed. According to the method, a substrate strip has a plurality of small windows disposed at the sides or at the corners of the substrate strip. The external surface of the substrate strip includes a plurality of window molding areas surrounding the small windows and extending to the scribe lines. A plurality of chips are disposed on the substrate strip. Then, an encapsulant is formed in the small windows to encapsulate the electrical connecting components and formed on the window molding areas so that the encapsulant extends to the scribe lines. Therefore, the mold flashes at the small windows can be effectively reduced. Additionally, the encapsulant on the window molding areas is cut when singulating the substrate units so that the adhesion area of the encapsulant to the substrate strip is increased to prevent the delamination of traces and solder mask of the substrate units.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device is provided. First, a first metal conductive line is formed, and then a semiconductor device is formed on the first metal conductive line. A dielectric layer is formed on the semiconductor device. A contact window is formed at a position in the dielectric layer corresponding to the first metal conductive line. Then, a metal plug is formed in the contact window. The metal plug is used as a mask for etching the semiconductor device, such that the etched semiconductor device takes the form of a shape corresponding to the metal plug. Through the manufacturing method, the semiconductor device is formed according to the shape of the metal plug and is completely aligned with the metal plug.

摘要： A method of making golf club grip includes the steps of overlapping a textile fabric on a first raw rubber layer and painting a rubber latex on the textile fabric to attach the textile fabric on the first raw rubber layer to form a thin reinforced rubber layer laminated with the textile fabric; preparing a second raw rubber layer which is shaped and sized to form two control members; shaping the first raw rubber layer to form two anti-slip members; aligning the anti-slip members with the pair of control members in an end to end manner in two halves of heat mold respectively; and vulcanizing the anti-slip members and the control members in the heat mold to form a golf club grip including a tubular anti-slip arrangement and a control arrangement coaxially extended from a lower end of the anti-slip arrangement.
