    • PURPOSE: A content service providing device and a method thereof are provided to trace the location of a user, to select an appropriate output device and an appropriate input device depending on the user location and to offer a content service using the selected devices. CONSTITUTION: A content service providing device (100) comprises a storage unit (210), a communication unit (220), a location estimation unit (230), a selection unit (240), and a control unit (250). The storage unit stores the type and the location of each of sensors, output devices, and input devices. The communication unit sends and receives control signals and data for a content service to and from the sensors, the output devices, and the input devices through wired or wireless communications. The location estimation unit identifies a user and estimates the location of the user using data received from the sensors or the input devices. The selection unit selects a necessary output device or a necessary input device for the content service at the location of the user. The control unit activates the selected output or input device and controls the device to offer the content service.     • PURPOSE: An ultra wideband communication modem is provided to control a direction of a directional antenna. CONSTITUTION: An RF processing unit(140) drops a frequency of the received ultra wideband signal. The RF processing unit transmits the ultra wideband signal which frequency is descended to a parallel-to-serial converter. The RF processing unit increases a frequency of a serial signal received from the parallel-to-serial converter. The RF processing unit transmits a serial signal which frequency is increased to a directional beam antenna(150). The directional beam antenna transceives a wireless signal by forming the directional beam. The directional beam antenna has a structure which can control the direction of the directional beam.
