    • The present invention relates to a fluidized bed drying device capable of efficiently removing foreign materials mixed in dry target particles. The fluidized bed drying device comprises: a casing which has a space therein and has a particle supplying hole to which particles to be dried are supplied, a particle discharging unit discharging dried particles, and a gas discharging hole discharging fluidizing gas; a bed which is installed in the casing and has a plurality of diffusing holes vertically dividing a space; a fluidizing gas chamber which is located in a lower space of the bed and supplies the fluidizing gas upward through the diffusing holes by being connected with the fluidizing gas supplying pipe; and a blocking plate blocking the movement of the fluidizing gas particles by being installed in the casing. The bed has foreign discharging holes discharging foreign materials. The foreign material discharging holes are connected with the foreign discharging pipes.

    • The present invention relates to a burner system for a gasification apparatus using a slag tap and, more specifically, to a burner system for a gasification apparatus using a slag tap, capable of making the temperature of the whole slag tap uniform by forming a gas supply line for an auxiliary fuel and oxygen in the slag tap to provide a self-burner function for the slag tap, thereby preventing the solidification of slag due to local temperature decrease near the slag tap, facilitating the discharge of melted slag to the outside through the slag tap, stabilizing the operation of the gasification apparatus, and preventing damage to fireproof materials by preventing the flames of a burner from touching the fireproof materials. The burner system for a gasification apparatus includes a supply flow channel for supplying an oxidizer and an auxiliary fuel into the slag tap located in the gasification apparatus; and multiple flame holes which are formed along the inner circumference of the slag tap to be connected to the supply flow for discharging the flame generated from combustion of an oxidizer and an auxiliary fuel.

According to the present invention, a medium-quality hydrocarbon evaporator for surface modification of a low-grade carbon source can efficiently evaporate medium-quality hydrocarbon and can effectively coat the surface of the low-grade carbon source using a gaseous medium-quality hydrocarbon evaporation component without carbon source such as a complex solid-liquid separation device and a separation process of a coating component, thereby economically enabling the high-quality of the low-grade carbon source which is easy to separate the carbon source and the coating component and collect the coating component. In particular, the medium-quality hydrocarbon evaporator economically treats the waste oil without generating secondary waste by using the waste oil as a medium-quality hydrocarbon source.

    • PURPOSE: The secondary solvent for removing solvent compound and a removing method of sulfur compound using the same are provided to remove sulfur compound with high efficiency from coal extract of low class coal, and reduce cost of the whole procedure by showing high desulfurization efficiency from a small amount of secondary solvent. CONSTITUTION: The secondary solvent for removing solvent comprises deionized water, hydrogen peroxide, methanol, ethanol, phentanol, and one or the compound selected from PGMEA. A removal method comprises the step of introducing the secondary solvent which acts as hydrogen donor to coal extract and removes sulfide compound within coal extract obtained from the coal extracting process of low class in a form of hydrogen sulfide gas. The secondary solvent is also used with one selected from reforming catalyst of metal oxide, metal hydroxide, activated charcoal, and transition metal or desulfurizing agent composed of the mixture. The desulfurizing agent is Ni group reforming catalyst.
