摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an annular rubber baloon or a rubber baloon having an annular portion simply and conveniently by a method wherein an annular body or the annular portion of the baloon is formed by a pattern, capable of being split into two parts or more as well as being connected or separated, and a film is formed by dipping the pattern into solution for the rubber baloon. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 10, connectably and separably assembled and consisting of two split members of a substantially semicircular member 11 and a Y-shaped member 12 for forming a remaining semicircular portion of an annular body as well as a mouth portion of a baloon, is employed. The pattern 10 is dipped into a tank for solution for the rubber baloon to adhere it on a surface of the pattern 10, thereafter, a film of the solution for the rubber baloon is solidified. Subsequently, the members 11, 12 constituting the pattern 10 are dismantled at connecting portions 13, 14 under exerting a force from outsiee through the film and the member 12 is pulled out of an opening portion of the film corresponding to a mouth portion 2 of the rubber baloon 1 at first, then, the member 11 is circulated within the film and pulled out of the opening portion of the film in a similar manner.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a microparticulate natural rubber from a serum obtained by centrifuging a natural rubber latex in a high yield and purity by adding a specified amount of an inorganic salt to the serum. SOLUTION: To the serum obtained by centrifuging a natural rubber latex, an inorganic salt in an amount sufficient to effect the phase separation of the microparticulate natural rubber in the serum is added, and the microparticulate natural rubber is separated as a cream. The natural rubber latex may be a common not deproteinized natural rubber latex or a previously deproteinized one. In an alternative method, the above specified amount of an inorganic salt and 0.01-10 g, per 100 ml of the serum, of a proteolytic enzyme are added to a serum obtained by centrifuging a natural rubber latex to effect deproteinization, and a microparticulate natural rubber is separated from the serum as a cream. According to this method, a deproteinized microparticulate natural rubber can be recovered. The inorganic salt is not particularly limited.

SOLUTION: After a content is filled in an elastic rubber bag 1, first, the adhesive surface of an adhesive tape 7 is placed on the opening part 6 being twisted of the stretchable rubber bag 1, and bent. Then, while pressing the twisted opening part 6 to the bent part of the adhesive tape 7, the adhesive surfaces of the adhesive tape are made to approach each other, and the twisted opening part 6 is pinched by the adhesive tape 7, and as a final stage, the remaining parts of the adhesive tape 7 are bonded to each other. Also, the opening part 6 of the elastic rubber bag may be pinched by the adhesive tape 7, under a bent state, and the opening part 6 may be placed under a bent state after twisting, and bonded, and also, may be twisted after bending, and bonded, and by this method, the sealing is performed more surely.
