摘要： In a filter apparatus which can be operated by the cross-flow principle for suspensions having solids loadings which lead to an incompressible filter cake structure, in accordance with the technological conditions, a plurality of filter elements 1, 2, 3 which are equipped with filter cartridges 9 are connected separately or in series which separate the fed suspension stream into a filtrate stream and bypass stream in a defined ratio, suspension feed and bypass offtake 6 being tangential and filtrate offtake 5, 13, which can be shut off, being axial. The continuous mode of operation is achieved solely by the flow of a sufficiently large bypass stream across the filter surface 12, the length of the filter cartridge 9 being such that no steady-state flow conditions occur along the same and inherent vibrations of the filter cartridge 9 unstably centrally fitted in the housing cover 10 are permitted which cause flow disturbances with high impulse forces. The apparatus is adapted to various technological problems by varying the bypass ratio and the filter material used. The process and the apparatus for continuous cross-stream filtration can be connected between any desired process stages.

摘要： A flat turning plate (10) consists of a base plate (12), a cover plate (14), a support mat (16) and a retaining ring (18) which is detachably locked by means of catch studs (44) in sockets (46) of the cover plate (14), and which retains the support mat (16) on the cover plate (14). The turning plate (10) serves to turn a disabled person sitting on it into a new position. The retaining ring (18) can be detached from the cover plate (14) with little effort, in exactly the same way as the cover plate (14) can be unlocked from the base plate (12), so that the individual parts can be cleaned easily and can be put back together again with little effort and without the use of tools.
