    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deforming of opening caused with bending by bending the material to be formed to the prescribed shape so as to be bent and deformed with the opening in a flat plane in the state of the core material of elastic material being inserted in the opening of the shaped material, and next taking the core material out of the material to be formed. CONSTITUTION:Because the bending is executed in the state of the core material 2 being inserted in the opening of the material to be formed, the opening is prevented from deforming during the bend working. Because the core material 2 is formed of the elastic material, there is no trouble for bending, and because the bending is executed in the state of the opening being positioned in the bending plane, it is easy to take out the core material of the material to be formed after working. Further, by utilizing the elastic plate material formed with the many grooves stretching in vertical direction against the longitudinal direction on the both side faces as the core material, the working can be easily executed without the generation of plastic deformation for the core material against the bending of large curvature.

CONSTITUTION:A work blank 1 is rolled by the upper and lower rolls 2A, 3A having a stepped bank A at one side. The blank 1 is guided and pressed by the inlet side guide 11 directly provided on the housing 8 at the opposite side of the stepped bank A of the housings 7, 8 of roll bearings 5, 6 and by the side roll 4' provided by approaching to the outlet side. The blank 1 is subjected to bending by the approaching side roll4' from the beginning with preventing the side slippage of the blank 1 by the stepped part A by rolling the blank 1 by guiding it optimally. The bending of the succeeding side roll 4 is therefore made stable and correct and the blank 1 is worked in the prescribed size and curvature with a compact and strong device.

    • PURPOSE:To bend a metallic sheet to a small radius of bending without cracking, etc. by providing a properly sized hole in the position deviated from a centerline for bending and bending the sheet in the same direction as the direction of the roll grain.     • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a scoring die and to prevent the spring-back of a product by providing cutting scores at suitable intervals to a hoop-like base material and forming the material then cutting the formed material at the scores. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is uncoiled from a roll 3 and cutting scores 2 intersecting orthogonally with the longitudinal direction of the material 1 are provided at suitable intervals to the material 1 by a scoring machine 10. The material 1 is supplied to a bending machine 4 by which the material 1 is bent and formed in the short-side direction thereof. After the material 1 is passed through the inside of a take-off device 7, the material 1 is passed through cutting rolls 11 revolving at different circumferential speeds and is cut in the positions of the scores 2, by which a bent product 6 having a specified length is obtd.
