    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-driven device in which the piston member of a power part is reciprocated by continuously supplying air and a spindle in the piston member is rotated by a motor, wherein the number of revolutions can be changed and a rotational output can be increased if necessary. SOLUTION: In an air-driven unit 100 in which the piston member 122 of a power part 102 is reciprocated by continuously supplying air from an air supply source via a main spool, a spindle 110 is arranged in the piston member 122 and is provided with a motor-driven unit 200 for rotating the spindle 110. A spline bearing 112 is formed on the rear half of the spindle 110 and the motor- driven unit 200 transmits the output of a high-power motor 201 to the spindle 110 via replaceable pulleys 203, 205, a belt 204, a pulley shaft 206, a spline 207 and the spline bearing 112, whereby a tool mounted on the tip of the spindle 110 is reciprocated back and forth by rotating at a desired number of revolutions.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size and to facilitate automatic control by floating an elevatable cylinder enable of suction/exhaust and coupled to a work supporting table in a water tank and communicating to an air encapsulation chamber having lower section sealed with water in water tank thereby enabling smooth faint lifting. CONSTITUTION:The air pressure in an air encapsulation chamber 3 is set by a manometer 6 to limit the force for pressing a work against a tool. After encapsulation of air in said chamber 3, an elevatable cylinder 1 will lift gradually as the working proceeds and upon reaching to the lower limit setting level, the manometer 6 will function a water supply pump 8 to feed water in water storate tank 10 into a water tank 2. Consequently, the water level in said tank 2 will rise to lift the cylinder 1 while upon suppression of lifting, the air pressure in said chamber 3 will rise and upon reaching to the upper limit setting level, the manometer 6 will stop function of pump 8. In such a manner, the work can be fed smoothly in accordance to the degree of working while maintaining the pressing force of work within predetermined range thus to facilitate automatic control and to reduce the size because a pressure oil feeding system is not required.

    • PURPOSE:To use a shuttle bed unit being left as a sliding device so as to enable the whole device to be formed in a small size, by housing a built-in driving gear, which uses as a driving source a pressure of fluid such as air, in the shuttle bed unit itself, in the case of an automatic assembly machine or the like. CONSTITUTION:Now, a piston 5 in the leftmost position, if a detecting bar 62 turns on a microswitch to actuate a solenoid valve, is moved rightward with a shuttle bed 3 through a connecting pin 43 by allowing air to flow into the left part of a cylinder chamber 10, and stopped by adapting a stopper 54 to a butt member 53. Here a detecting bar 64 turns on a microswitch in the right end side to switch the solenoid valve, supplying air into the right part of the cylinder chamber 10. In this way, the piston 5 is moved leftward with the shuttle bed 3 and stopped by adapting the stopper 54 to a butt member 52, similarly switching the solenoid valve thus repeating this shuttle motion. In such way, also a loss of driving power is decreased by enabling the whole device to be formed in a small size.

    • PURPOSE: To maintain safety of engine and to avoid complex operation and adjusting by containing a valve in a booster and interlocking with the spindle while providing a short oil pipe thereby enabling automatic buffering of work load.
      CONSTITUTION: A valve body 5 is contained slidably in a valve receiving casing 13 while an accumulator 16 is provided at the opposite side from the casing and engaged integrally with a booster 1 through a shielding board 17. Oil injected into the accumulator 16 will leak through a leak hole 4 into the booster 1 where it is inflated to push up a piston 2 while inflated oil will be injected through an induction pipe 18 into an injection port 7. Through rotation of valve body 5, it will face with the injection pipe 9 while simultaneously other injection pipes B, C, D will open toward an oil discharge port 11 on the back of valve body 5 to start discharge of oil. When it will further rotate to face with the injection pipe B, the passed pipe 9 will open toward the discharge port 11 to produce non-pressure oil and to start discharge of oil.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the pressure relief for various types of machine cycles by providing a pilot operated check valve in a pressurized fluid passage and connecting the other pressurized fluid feed port of a fluid pressure cylinder to the supply/discharge side of said pressurized fluid. CONSTITUTION:The movable part of a feed unit is attached to the rod 3 combined with the piston 2 of a hydraulic cylinder 1. A pilot operated check valve 5 for checking the reverse movement of hydraulic cylinder is provided in the oil passage 4 for the oil feed port of the head side of the hydraulic cylinder 1, and said check valve 5 is connected to a solenoid selector valve 7 for moving the hydraulic cylinder back and forth, through a variable throttle valve 6 combined with a hydraulic-cylinder quick traverse check valve. To advance the movable part attached to the rod 3 of a cylinder 1, a solenoid selector valve 22 for assisting the reverse movement of hydraulic cylinder is deenergized and the solenoid A of a selector valve 7 is excited, while the oil passage 11 leading to a hydraulic pump is connected to the oil passage 4 and the oil passage 13 leading to an oil tank is connected to an oil passage 8.
