摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction control valve system hard to cause a flow in pressure oil to generate pressure while a check valve to control a flow rate of the pressure oil to be lead to a direction control valve which is a main valve and a control means to restrict opening of this check valve by pressure are integrated with the direction control valve. SOLUTION: The control means has; a pressure chamber 24 to apply pressure to a valve element 21 of the check valve 20; an oil chamber 39 in the circumference of the valve element 21; a groove 40 formed in the valve element 21 connecting the oil chamber 39 and the pressure chamber 24 to each other; a control valve 25 directly connected to a branch part 17 continued to a sliding hole of the direction control valve and the oil chamber 39 and capable of communicating/shutting off the branch part 17 and the oil chamber 39 to and from each other and changing opening; a passage 42 in the valve element; a control groove 51 of an outer peripheral surface of the valve 21 communicating the passage 42 in the valve element and the oil chamber 39 with each other and; a spring-return type auxiliary check valve 43 to allow inflow of the pressure oil to the passage 42 in the valve element from a supply passage 15. 摘要： In a fluid control device, a check valve includes a first valve housing and a first diaphragm. The first diaphragm defines a first valve chamber and a second valve chamber. An exhaust valve includes a second valve housing and a second diaphragm. The second diaphragm defines a third valve chamber and a fourth valve chamber. The check valve is opened and closed by a difference in pressure between the first valve chamber and the second valve chamber. The exhaust valve is opened and closed by a difference in pressure between the third valve chamber and the fourth valve chamber.
