    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an electro-optical device in which an electro-optical panel and a sounding body can be mounted compactly, and to provide an electro-optical device capable of eliminating the need of sound design of a sounding body with respect to the housing of electronic equipment to be mounted. SOLUTION: This electro-optical device 100 comprises the electro-optical panel 111, a holding frame 113 for holding the electro-optical panel and a sounding body frame 122 that constitutes a sounding air chamber 120X at the back of the holding frame and holds the sounding body 121, and the holding frame is provided with an internal sound guiding path 113b that communicates with the inside of the sounding air chamber and opens to the outside.     • PURPOSE:To offer the microphone miniaturizing the microphone unit, by containing a semiconductor laser in a package different from the microphone unit supporting a diaphragm and leading the laser light to the diaphragm via an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:The microphone unit 9 consists of the diaphragm 10, the optical fiber 11, a holder 12 and a shield case 13. In figure, 14 is semiconductor laser contained at the outside of the microphone unit 9, and a heat sink 16 comprising photodetecting element 15 forms a separate unit from the unit 9. Thus, the microphone unit 9 is miniaturized. Further, the sound design such as addition of directivity is executed very easily at the microphone unit 9.
