    • PURPOSE: A method for detecting airborne harmful substances is provided to easily and accurately detect harmful substances without separate pre-processing. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting airborne harmful substances is as follows. Harmful substances contained in the air are detected using an inductive coupled plasma-mass spectroscopy. A gas is provided to high-frequency inductive coupled plasma. Oxygen gas is provided to the gas mixed in the plasma to create oxide ion of harmfulness substances. The mass of the oxide ion of the harmfulness substances is detected. The harmful substance contained in the gas is arsenical including arsine. The oxygen gas is provided at the flow rate of 02-05 ml/min.
    • 目的:提供一种检测空气中有害物质的方法,可以方便,准确地检测有害物质,而无需单独的预处理。 构成:检测空气中有害物质的方法如下。 使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测空气中含有的有害物质。 向高频电感耦合等离子体提供气体。 向混合在等离子体中的气体提供氧气以产生有害物质的氧化物离子。 检测有害物质的氧化物离子的质量。 气体中含有的有害物质是砷,包括胂。 氧气以02-05ml / min的流速提供。
