    • Method of personalizing metallic holographic layers (10, 20, 30) applicable on substrates (11) comprising the steps of transferring onto said substrate by means of an appropriate transferring process a writeable foil comprised at least by a first layer (1, 21, 31)composed of a film carrier, a second layer (3, 22, 32) with a holographic grating recorded microstructure, a third layer (4, 23, 33) composed by a metallic layer and at least a suitable adhesive layer (5, 24, 33), wherein a digital personalization phase of the metallic layer is provided for printing data and/or pictures in the correspondent area by memorizing metallic areas and a step of digital personalization acting on said metallic writable layer by means of at least a laser beam is also provided. The present invention comprises also a metallic writable layer product applicable on substrates.
