摘要： A peeling sheet on the back of a cover sheet is provided with a cover seal having a printed front surface is peeled off to partially expose an adhesive layer. A core material for cover is placed thereon. First side piece portion and second side piece portion are then peeled off and the entire surface of the first cover members, backbone member and second cover member of the core material for cover is bonded and fixed by the adhesive layer of the cover sheet for cover. Outer circumferential region of the cover seal for cover is then bent to the inside thus making a cover of a booklet. When a personal user edits electronic images and prints the electronic images on a printed sheet, the printed sheet can be fixed easily in a short time for making a booklet.

摘要： A scent sampler construction comprising a panel having two oppositely facing folds that divide the panel into first, second, and third segments arranged in a generally z-shaped configuration with one side of the second segment overlapping a portion of one side of the first segment in face to face relation, and the other side of the second segment overlapping a portion of one side of the third segment in face to face relation. There is releasable adhesive between the facing sides of the second and the third segments, to releasably secure the outer and intermediate segments together in face-to-face relation. There is a burstable encapsulated scent sample between the facing portions of the second and the third segments so that the separation of the facing portions of the second and third segments releases the sample scent. A method of making a scent sampler comprising the steps of applying a burstable scent sample to a continuous web, folding the web over itself along a first longitudinally extending fold line to form an integral flap that overlies the web and to sandwich the burstable scent sample between the flap and the web; folding the first fold line underneath the web along a second longitudinally extending fold line so that the burstable scent sample is below the web, and a portion of the flap remains above the web; and unfolding the portion of the flap above the web to form a z-fold in the web.

In a preferred embodiment, the index is the table of contents page of a soft-bound periodical or magazine and is removably attached to the magazine by a series of perforations along one edge. The page additionally carries a releasable self-stick adhesive so that the page can be reinserted and reattached at other desired locations in the volume to provide both a readily available table of contents and a marker at the desired location.

In this position, after a cover foil has been removed from the adhesive (12), the sheet can be pressed down for sticking, after which the sheet with the strip applied can be removed from the apparatus and used for filing.

摘要： At an edge of one side of the printed sheet and which extends in the direction of a fold line there is provided a substantially triangular-shaped protruding portion. At the edge of the other side of the printed sheet, which is located opposite the fold line, there is provided an inset or retracted portion which in its size essentially corresponds to the protruding portion. At this protruding portion there can engage an opening device for opening the folded printed sheet. At the end of the processing or handling operation the protruding portion is cut away as waste. The thus cut away material portion of the protruding portion corresponds in its surface area to the material portion which is missing at the other side of the sheet at the location of the inset or retracted portion. The loss of material caused by the elimination of the protruding portion therefore is accomplished at the expense of the other side of the printed sheet.
