    • The invention relates to methods and devices for producing laminated products from thermoplastic materials and can be mainly used for assembling filtering and sorbtion-filtering materials by means of instant spot thermal welding for producing devices for personal protection of respiratory organs, in particular light respirators. The inventive method consists in carrying out thermal pressing of thermoplastic sheet layers, which are made of flexible material and the cross-section area of which is greater than 1.1-1.4 times the surface area of the working surface of the electrode, using thermoelectrodes and nonheating clamping ends which are arranged along the perimeter of the sheet layers and have a convex working surface. The inventive device comprises a frame, a drive which is provided with electric facilities and is mounted on the frame, the unit of a main rod, which interacts with the drive and is provided with a cantilever arm, and a forming head with a pressing plate and a rod and a forming cavity which comprises a heater provided with a welding circuit in the form of an entirety of thermoelectrodes, a bearing table with holes which are embodied in front of the thermoelectrodes, a flange having a ring, a bearing ring provided with key levers having clamping ends, disposed in the radial grooves of the bearing ring, and spring loaded stops located in front of the key levers, wherein the clamping ends have a convex surface, are made of flexible material and the cross-section thereof is greater than 1.1-1.4 times the surface area of the working surface of the electrode. The invention makes it possible to increase the quality of produced respirators, to simplify the structural design and performance characteristics of the device.
