摘要： PURPOSE: To release mixed water at determined temperature without making influences on pressure of supplied hot water and cold water by arranging a thermostat element which works with connection with temperature of the mixed water passing through a mixed water discharge passage with a piston movable to cylinder in passage of the mixed water. CONSTITUTION: Hot water and cold water passing into a cartridge is controlled by a volume control valve plate 150 and a fixed valve plate 90 opposite to the plate 150. Hot and cold water inlet passages 166, 167 connected with a mixing chamber 175 are arranged in inner housing inside the hollow housing 111. A thermostat 190, which is up-down movable in the mixing chamber 175 and corresponds to temperature of the mixed water, connects with a valve actuator 210 that opens or closes a hot water supply opening or a cold water supply opening, and always keeps the temperature of the mixed water at a determined level. By this manner, mixed water with determined temperature is released without making influences on the water pressures in hot water supply pipe and cold water supply pipe.

摘要： A water faucet comprising a rotatable valving member having a vertically disposed inlet passage in its bottom surface offset from the axis of rotation and movable into and out of registry with an inlet port in the bottom wall of the valve body and having an interior laterally extending discharge passage through which water is discharged to the outlet port in the valve body. The inlet and discharge passages in the valving member are so arranged relative to the inlet and outlet ports in the valve body that when there is only slight communication between the inlet passage and inlet port, the water must flow through a narrow channel defined between the valving member and valve body, rather than directly from the discharge passage to the outlet port, thus creating a back pressure which serves to reduce the noise of operation of the faucet.

摘要： A stem valve stopper that has a shell (1) intended to be mounted to a faucet (K). An operating stem (8) is mounted for rotation but is axially fixed in the stopper shell (1) and has a lower end that acts as a valve seat surface (12). The stem (8) has an interior section (7) that is threadably engaged with a mobile fitting (6) that is mounted in the shell so that it can be moved axially but cannot be turned or rotated inside the stopper shell. The mobile fitting (6) has an annular lower end surrounding a valve seat (12). A valve sealing member (17) made from elastomeric material is mounted in the lower end of stopper shell (1) and is spring biased downstream toward the valve seat (12). The mobile fitting (6) can be operated to push the sealing member (17) upstream away from valve seat surface (12) and provide flow about the valve seat (12). The valve seat is made from elastomeric material and preferably inside its retaining regions has a hollow space so that, in the closed mode, it is dilated by the pressure of the water to press against the valve seat surface (12).
