The transfer unit includes a transfer plate (131) that is rotatably operated so as to transfer the object to an inspection area. The light output unit is formed on the transfer plate and outputs the transfer light that is transferred through the transfer plate toward the object as an output light. The camera is arranged to direct the inspection area and obtains the image with respect to the object that is exposed to the output light.
