    • There is disclosed a process for preserving solder paste which comprises housing solder paste in a vessel which is substantially free from oxygen and moisture and is imparted with gas barrier properties. The process is preferably carried out by housing the solder paste together with an oxygen absorbent not requiring moisture for absorbing oxygen (e.g. unsaturated fatty acid compound and chain hydrocarbon polymer having unsaturated groups) and optionally a dehumidifying agent and/or an acidic gas absorbent in the above vessel and subsequently hermetically sealing said vessel. The process makes it possible to prevent the deterioration of the solder paste such as viscosity change of the solder and the formation of solder balls which affect the printability and solder reflowability, to preserve the solder paste at room temperature and to remarkably prolong its service term.

    • In an open joint structure for the prevention of water leakage an isobaric space is formed which has no difference between pressure in the space and ambient pressure. The open joint structure contains at least one groove 11 extending in the vertical direction formed on the exterior side of a vertical edge of a precast concrete curtain wall and which faces an opposing groove 11 of an adjacent precast concrete curtain wall. A heat barrier plate 10 with cutout portions on through holes 13 is mounted between the side walls in the grooves, thereby dividing the isobaric space into a fire-blocking isobaric space (A) between the exterior side of the wall and the heat barrier plate 10 and a radiant heat-blocking isobaric space (B) between the heat barrier plate 10 and a pair of preformed sealants 20, 20. This structure exhibits both a fire-resistant function and a watertight function in an open construction method.

    • An isolation damper pulley comprises a damper section 1 and an isolation pulley section 2 assembled thereto, wherein a first fitting portion 18 constituted from a cylindrical portion concentric with a center axis O of a through hole 13 is provided to a hub 10 of the damper unit 1. The isolation pulley section 2 has a supporting member 22 fixed to a pulley portion 21 via an annular elastic member 23, wherein a second fitting portion 27 concentric with the first fitting portion 18 is provided to the supporting member 22.
