摘要： An adhesive layer, an insulating layer and a copper foil are laminated together on both surfaces of a metallic base material by way of for example thermal press molding. In this case, openings (window holes) are formed in opposed positions on a portion of the adhesive layer. A circuit pattern is formed by etching on the copper foil in this state, followed by an external shape machining step of executing separation treatment reaching the metallic base material in predetermined positions including the openings. After that, a part of the insulating layer is cut off along the edge of the opening to obtain a circuit board with the end of the metallic base material exposed.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay has a movable iron core, an insulation holder integrated with an upper end portion of the movable iron core, a movable contact piece supported by the insulation holder, and a solenoid formed from a wound coil. The movable iron core is housed in an axial hole in the solenoid movably in the upward and downward directions. The movable iron core is adapted to be moved upwardly and downwardly based on magnetization and demagnetization of the solenoid for contacting and separating a movable contact point provided on the movable contact piece with and from a fixed contact point for opening and closing a contact point. A permanent magnet is embedded in a base portion of the insulation holder.

摘要： First and second semiconductor switches which are activated alternately are provided between ends of a primary winding and a common potential point, wherein a DC power supply voltage is supplied to a center tap. An electric current flowing into a load is fed back to thereby subject the semiconductor switches to PWM control. Series circuits consisting of capacitors and semiconductor switches are connected between the center tap of the primary winding and the ends of the same. The semiconductor switches are activated in synchronism with the first and second semiconductor switches, thereby preventing occurrence of an anomalous high voltage, which would otherwise be caused at the time of switching operation.

摘要： An inverter has a semiconductor switch circuit in the primary winding of a transformer such that each of the switches of the switch circuit is controlled by pulse-width modulation (PWM) to supply a constant ac current and a constant ac voltage to a load, such as a cold cathode fluorescent light, connected to a secondary winding of the transformer. A common slow-start control circuit is provided in the inverter circuit to enable a common slow startup of the PWM control of the output voltage and output current. This arrangement suppresses an excessive voltage and an inrushing current during a startup.
