    • PURPOSE:To obtain a chip type thermistor having two or more pairs of electrodes formed on one element by a method wherein two continued columns of holes in parallel with each other are perforated on a tabular sintered member which becomes a thermistor element, the sintered member is cut into rectangular shape along the center line of the columns of holes, the cut pieces are dipped into an electrode paste layer, and after an electrode part has been formed on the element by conducting an electrode baking process, it is cut into elements. CONSTITUTION:A tabular sintered member 4 is formed, and two continuous rows of holes 6 are perforated in the above-mentioned sintered member 4 using a drill 5 with prescribed intervals. Besides, the sintered member is cut into rectangular shape along the center line of the above-mentioned hole lines using a dicing saw. Then, a rectangular sample 1, which is a base material, is dipped into an electrode paste layer 7 of fixed thickness prepared on a flat stand 8, and an electrode material is applied. Subsequently, an electrode is formed through drying and baking processes. Then, the surface of the electrode is scraped by a dicing saw so as to obtain a desired electrode width on the surface of the electrode, and each of the electrodes 2 are made independent. Lastly, the above-mentioned base material 1 is cut into pieces, and a thermistor, having a recessed part 3 on the desired electrode 2, is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To absorb impact due to contact to a magnetic tape with using a lubricating sheet which guides the side edge of the magnetic tape by sliding by successively laminating a hard lubricating layer and a soft lubricating layer on the base material of the lubricating sheet. CONSTITUTION:A hard lubricating layer and a soft lubricating layer are successively laminated on the base material of the lubricating sheet which guides the side edge of a magnetic tape by a sliding. As for the hard lubricating layer, cured trifunctional silicon compd. is used, and as for the soft lubricating layer, cured bifunctional silicon compd. is used. These silicon compds. are dispersed or dissolved in solvents respectively and then applied on the base material, dried and cured to obtain the lubricating sheet. Thereby, in the process of incorporating a magnetic tape into a cassette case by winding up the tape, the magnetic tape is guided by sliding on the soft lubricating layer. The lubricating sheet damps impact due to contact of the magnetic tape and prevents powder dislodgement of the magnetic layer.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molding with satisfactory dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability and free from the separation of an inorg. filler from the resin by injection molding a composite material obtd. by compounding a higher-MW resin, a lower-MW resin, a silicone oil, and an inorg. filler. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (e.g. polystyrene, polypropylene, or acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer) (A) having an MW of 50000-1000000, 5-100 pts.wt. resin (B) having an MW of 1000-50000, 0.1-10.0 pts.wt. silicone oil, and an inorg. filler in an amt. of 5-200 pts.wt. (based on the sum of A and B) are compounded to give a composite material, which is injection molded. The silicone oil improves the internal lubricity of the composite material to thereby improve the flowability of the melt of the composite material and thus prevent the deposition of the filler from occurring in the resulting molding. Because of the combined use of the high-MW resin and the lower-MW resin, the molding shows satisfactory dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability, and is free from the separation of the filler from the resin.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a cassette case having good dimensional accuracy by forming the case of a composite material contg. a resin and spherical inorg. fillers and incorporating the spherical inorg. fillers into the composite material at a specific value per 100pts.wt. resin. CONSTITUTION:The cassette case is formed of the composite material contg. the resin and the spherical inorg. fillers. A polethylene resin, acryl resin, ABS resin, etc., are used for the resin. The inorg. fillers are exemplified by CaCO3, TiO2, SiO2, etc., and the average grains of these inorg. fillers are preferably of 0.1 to 10.0mum. The ratio of using the resin and the inorg. fillers is preferably 5 to 200pts.wt. inorg. fillers per 100pts.wt. resin. The dimensional stability is poor when the ratio of the inorg. fillers is lower than the above-mentioned range. The resin amt. is too small and, therefore, the bending and tensile strength of the molding are degraded when the ratio exceeds the above- mentioned range.
