    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with reduced frictional resistance of both terminal metal fittings which is suitable to a multi-electrode connector. SOLUTION: In a female housing 20, plural cavities 21 to contain a female metal fitting 30 are provided, and an installation hole 24 in which a pressure member 40 can be assembled is formed to traverse each cavity 21. As the pressure member 40 is assembled to a pressure position to the female housing 20, a counter-pressure part 36 protruded backward from an elastic contact piece 33 of the female terminal metal fitting 30 inserted into each cavity 21 is pressed by a pressure protrusion 43, so that the elastic contact piece 33 is elastically deformed into a noncontact attitude in which a contact part 34 stops interfering with a male terminal metal fitting 12. Both housings 10 and 20 are engaged with each other to let the male terminal metal fitting 12 pass the contact part 34, and a guide surface provided on a hood part 11 of the male housing 10 is engaged with a lower end part of the pressure member 40. As both housings 10 and 20 are regularly engaged with each other, the pressure member 40 is moved by the guide surface 14 to a release position where it is dissociated from the counter-pressure member 36, thereby the contact part 34 elastically gets in contact with the male terminal metal fitting 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the all conductive paths in the same direction. SOLUTION: Terminal fittings 10L, 10R for earth wherein connecting parts 12L, 12R are protrudingly formed outward into a radial direction along an outer periphery of plate-formed terminal main bodies 11L, 11R are laminated and assembled so that the terminal main bodies 11L, 11R will tightly stick to each other in a state that conductive paths 20 are connected to the connecting parts 12L, 12R. The connecting parts 12L, 12R are made in a plate-form, and further the conductive paths 20 are made to be sheet-formed and these sheet- formed conductive paths 20 are overlapped and fixed to the connecting parts 12L, 12R. Because there is no great differences between a thickness size of the terminal main bodies 11L, 11R and a thickness size of the connecting parts 12L, 12R when the conductive paths 20 are overlapped on them, there is no trouble in mutually laminating the terminal main bodies 11L, 11R even if the conductive paths 20 will be mutually laminated. Accordingly, all the conductive paths can be extended in the same direction.
