摘要： A function test is implemented for an individual circuit level (1) that is provided for vertical integration in a semiconductor component. Stacks of circuit levels respectively provided over or under this circuit level in the finished component are simulated as test heads (2, 3). These test heads are provided with terminal contacts for reversible contacting. The circuit level (1) under test is connected to these test heads (2, 3) during the function test, and the test heads are removed after the test.

摘要： An ink duct for a printing press having an ink knife forming a bottom part thereof which is adjustably movable relative to an ink-duct roller, respective ink-duct jaws being disposed at opposite sides of the ink knife and defining therewith and with the ink-duct roller an inner space for receiving a supply of ink therein includes a sealing surface formed on the ink-duct jaws for sealing the ink-duct jaws with the cylindrical surface of the ink-duct roller, the sealing surface being a surface in contact with the cylindrical surface of the ink-duct roller and having a width equal to part of the width of the respective ink-duct jaw, the contact surface having a spiral construction with respect to the ink-duct jaw so that a trailing end of the contact surface, as viewed in rotary direction of the ink-duct roller, faces towards the inner space of the ink duct.

摘要： A mixing head for multicomponent plastics, especially polyurethane, in whose mixing chamber (2) a hollow piston (7) can be moved to and fro to control the component streams. The hollow piston contains an expulsion piston (8), which is movable independently of the hollow piston, and which can be passed through an outlet tube (3) which adjoins the outlet orifice (4). The end face (12) of the hollow piston forms, together with the mixing chamber wall (11) nearest the sprue, a shearing gap in which the components are mixed. As a result of the design and arrangement of the pistons (7) and (8), good mixing is achievable even under critical conditions, and the mixing chamber is also easily cleaned.
