    • The present invention relates to a method and arrangements for determining charging related to a data bit transfer session from a traffic source (209) to a client (213), said bit transfer session involving bit transfer over a wireless communications link (214f) under the control of a radio resource managing unit (204). According to the method of the present invention the radio resource managing unit (204) sends information regarding the bandwidth on the wireless link that the bit transfer session currently is allowed to use to a charging logic (212). This bandwidth information from the radio resource managing unit (204) is used by the charging logic (212) to determine the charging related to the bit transfer session. Thereby a fair charging of the session may be achieved, which is adapted to the quality of service actually obtained by the end-user for the session.

    • The present invention relates to a mobile communication terminal (102a), a method in a mobile communication terminal, a network node (106a) and a method in network node which allows a service provider to influence the quality of service that is requested for a bearer service for delivery of a service to a mobile client terminal (102a), where the service is initiated by a push message (309) from the service provider and the set-up of the bearer service is initiated (304) by the client terminal after reception of the push message. According to the present invention the push message (309) contains, not only an indication of a service content to be delivered to the client terminal (102a), but also a set of quality of service parameters that the service provider recommends for the bearer service for reception of the service content. Thereby the client terminal (102a) may take the recommendation of the service provider into account when requesting set-up of the bearer service.

    • The present invention relates to methods and arrangements for setting up a policy controlled bearer service for delivery of a service from an application function (304) to a mobile terminal (301). According to the present invention a terminal identity of the mobile terminal may be used to bind to applicable policy information when setting up the bearer service. Thus the present invention obviates the need to transmit specific binding information to the mobile terminal during application layer signaling for the purpose of policy controlled bearer service set-up. The terminal identity is registered (308) in a register of a policy decision function (303) along with policy identifying information. When a bearer service activation request is received from the mobile terminal (301) the request is mapped (313) to applicable policy information by means of the terminal identity and the matching registration in the register of the policy decision function (303).
