摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the loss caused by unburned fuel by classifying flowing particles that are drawn out of a combustion chamber by a classifying machine, crushing the particles and returning them to the combustion chamber, and eliminating the exhaust of unburned components out of an ash discharge nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Solid fuel such as coal, etc., is charged into the lower section of a combustion chamber 1 which has flowing layers in it to become a flowing state and unburned particles stay in the lower section of the combustion chamber 1 through a classifying machine 2. The staying unburned particles are led to a crusher 6 through a conduit 51 and they are crushed and returned to the combustion chamber 1 through a conduit 8. Then the combustible components in the crushed, unburned particles are burned, and the unburned particles that are left are discharged as fly ash with the combustion gas and recovered by a dust collector. The combustible components in the unburned components are, therefore, utilized without waste, and it is possible to discharge the unburned components which accumulate in the combustion chamber 1 as fly ash.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of the device by providing a labyrinth separator below the secondary combustion air suction port of a combustion chamber and at the same time a multi-cyclone in the downstream of a heat exchanger and providing a distributor which returns the separated particles to the spaces above and below the separator in an arbitrary distribution ratio. CONSTITUTION:A labyrinth separator 8 is provided for separating coarse particles below the secondary combustion air blowing-in port 6 of a combustion chamber 1, and in the downstream side of a heat exchanger 4 connected to the combustion chamber 1 a multi-cyclone 9 is provided for separating minute particles. And, the minute particles separated in the cyclone 9 is returned to the spaces above and below the separator 8 in an arbitrary distribution ratio by means of a separator 11. Accordingly while the ratio of the air volumes blown in from blowing-in ports 5 and 6 of primary and secondary combustion air is given the most suitable value for the nitrogen removal performance, the concentration of suspended particles can be adjusted independently and the temperature in the combustion chamber 1 can be made most suitable and the combustion efficiency is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently execute smelting reduction iron-making provided with a pre- reduction furnace by alternately executing slag tapping and iron tapping in plural smelting reduction furnaces, continuously operating the smelting reduction and preventing lowering of supplying gas into a pre-reduction furnace. CONSTITUTION:Generating gas of the smelting reduction furnace 2A is supplied into the pre-reduction furnace 1. The pre-reduction is executed to powdery ore charged in this pre-reduction furnace 1 as fluidized bed 5 with the above generated gas. In the obtd. pre-reduction ore, the coarse grain is charged through an ore discharging tube 6 and the fine grain is charged through a dust collector 4 with carrier gas, into the smelting reduction furnace 2A, respectively, and the smelting reduction is executed to obtain molten iron. In the above pre-reduction-smelting reduction iron-making method, to one set of the pre-reduction furnace 1, two or more sets of smelting reduction furnaces 2A, 2B for supplying the generating gas into the above furnace 1, are arranged. The slag tapping and iron tapping are alternately executed from the furnaces 2A, 2B so as to execute the continuous operation of the smelting reduction. By this method, the continuous supply of the raw material from the pre-reduction furnace 1 can be executed, and the miniaturization thereof can be realized and fluidization of the fluidized bed 5 can be maintained under good condition.
