    • PURPOSE:To enable execution of on-line measurement by measuring the average concentration value of power from the transmittance of light transmitted through measuring tubes for light transmission which are disposed projecting into a pipe so that they are opposed to each other with a prescribed end gap between them. CONSTITUTION:Measuring tubes 11a and 11b for light transmission are inserted into openings 8a and 8b which are positioned on a line intersecting the axis C of a vertical pipe 1 at right angles and are opposed to each other, and are prodrusively disposed so that they are opposed to each other with a prescribed end gap L between them. Light is transmitted from the tube 11a on one side to the tube 11b on the other side, attenuation of the quantity of the transmitted light is determined in comparison with the original intensity of the projected light, and an average concentration value of powder in the vertical pipe 1 is calculated therefrom. Meanwhile, an average flow velocity value of a medium is calculated from an output signal from a flow velocity detecting end by an arithmetic part. An arithmetic device converts the measured values from the light quantity detecting end and the flow velocity detecting end into signals, computes them by means of the arithmetic part and makes a display part display the flow rate of the power 7.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the stickiness of dust to a dispersion plate by allowing the upper face of the dispersion plate body having cooling body flowing passage to be an inner part refractory layer and arranging a metallic plate at a lower face through a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The dispersion plate 8 partitioning the inside part of a furnace body 5 is constituted of a rigid metallic thick plate 11 forming the flowing passage 14 for cooling fluid in the inside part, the refractory layer 12 provided on the upper part of the thick plate 11 and the metallic plate 31 provided on the lower face of the thin plate 11 through the heat insulating material layer 32. Plural nozzle holes 13 are penetrated into the dispersion plate 8 in a vertical direction, and the nozzle hole parts 130 of the refractory layer 12 in respective nozzle holes 13 are enlarged to the diameter upward. If necessary, at the lower part of the dispersion plate 8, at least two pieces of gas injection tubes are provided so as to be movable in a horizontal direction. By this method, while suppressing the temp. drop of reducing gas, the stickiness of dust on the lower face of the dispersion plate 8 or in the nozzle hole 13 can effectively be prevented and the blowing of the reducing gas into fluidized bed can stably be executed.

The above- mentioned fixed bar 9a is fixed to a supporting part 13 and the movable bar 9b is advanced/retreated in a longitudinal direction with a driving device 12. Further, in the adjoining bars, the notching part 10 is formed at the side part of the one part of bar, and the projecting part 11 positioned in this notching part 10 at the side part of the other part of bar is disposed and these are relatively moved according to advancing/retreating of the movable bar 9b. By this method, the sticking and the growth of dust to the dispersing plate 6 can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:In a fluidized bed type pre-reduction furnace segmented with a pre- reduction chamber 12 and a gas injecting chamber 13 with the dispersing plate 5 penetrating plural nozzle holes 6, the blasting device is disposed at the bottom part of the furnace. The blasting device is constituted by disposing plural recessed parts 8 at the upper face of the bottom plate 7 in the furnace and opening the gas supplying holes 9 disposed at the inside of the bottom plate 7 at the bottom part of the above- mentioned each recessed part 8 so as to supply the gas into the gas supplying hole 9 from the outside of the furnace through the gas supplying pipe 10. During operating the furnace, the high pressure gas introduced from the above-mentioned gas supplying pipe 10 is periodically supplied into the gas supplying hole 9 and injected toward the lower face of dispersing plate 5 together with particles stored in the recessed part 8. By this method, the dust stuck to the lower face of dispersing plate 5 and the vicinity of the inlet of the nozzle hole 6 is removed.

The above-mentioned nozzle hole 7 is constituted of the closed double pipe structural metal cylinder 8 embedded in the refractory-made dispersing plate body 6. In the dispersing plate body 6, further, a gas supplying pipe 9 and the metal-made water cooling pipe 10 are set. The cooling gas of N2, etc., is supplied in the double pipe structural inner part from this gas supplying pipe 9 through a branching pipe 11. Further, the water cooling pipe 10 and the metal cylinder 8 are connected through connecting members 12. By this method, the metal cylinder 8 is cooled and the sticking and the growth of dust are prevented so as not to clog the nozzle hole 7.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively remove dust in exhaust gas with a simple equipment by passing the exhaust gas discharged from a smelting reduction furnace and supplied into a pre-reduction furnace through moving layer of pre-reduced ore on the way of supplying this. CONSTITUTION:A part of the preheated and pre-reduced ore in the pre-reduction furnace 2 is allowed to flow in a moving layer forming chamber 11 to form the moving layer 13 of ore. On the other hand, the exhaust gas supplied into the pre-reduction furnace 2 passes the above moving layer 13 through a primary dust removing machine 10. At this time, the fine particle dust contained in the exhaust gas is stuck and adsorbed to the ore in the moving layer 13. The cleaned exhaust gas with this is guided into the pre-reduction furnace 2 with scarcely developing lowering of the temp. On the other hand, the other part in the pre-reduction furnace 2 is joined together with the ore from the moving layer forming chamber 11 in the ore supplying tank 8 and supplied into the smelting reduction furnace 1. By this method, the dust in the exhaust gas guided in the pre-reduction furnace 2 is effectively removed with the simple equipment without lowering the temp. and stickiness of the dust in the pre-reduction furnace 2 is effectively prevented.
