    • It is an object of the present invention to increase the rigidity of a seat surface portion, to which a seat for a suspension spring is attached, of a rear side member in a vehicle body rear part. The present invention is characterized by a rear vehicle body structure in which at least intermediate portions of a pair of right and left rear side members are connected to each other by a cross member, and the seat surface portion for the suspension spring is provided on the rear side member, wherein a reinforcing panel for connecting the rear side member to the cross member is provided in a connecting portion between the rear side member and the cross member; the rear end position of the reinforcing panel is set at a substantially middle position between the connecting portion between the rear side member and the cross member and the rear end of the rear side member; and the seat surface portion for the suspension spring is set at a substantially middle position between the connecting portion between the rear side member and the cross member and the rear end of the reinforcing panel.

    • There is provided a storage construction for a seat belt connecting member in a seat belt system in which a seat belt pulled out of a retractor provided on a vehicle body is pulled out in a slantwise downward direction via a sash guide mounted in a roof portion, a first connecting member mounted at the tip end of the seat belt is fixed to a first fixing member provided on the seat side, and a second connecting member provided in an intermediate portion of the seat belt is fixed to a second fixing member provided on the seat side, whereby a seat belt user is restrained by the seat belt set at three points. A connecting member attaching cover 12 is provided in a sash guide attaching portion in the roof portion 4, and the connecting member attaching cover 12 is provided with holding means 18 and 15 for holding the first and second connecting members 7 and 10 separately when the seat belt is not in use. Thereby, the seat belt connecting member can be stored without changing the seat belt system when the seat belt is not in use.

Thereafter, the roadside wireless devices on the exit side receive an identification number from the vehicle-mounted wireless ID devices of vehicles exiting the intersection and transmit them to the roadside traffic monitoring device. From the identification numbers received, the roadside traffic monitoring device is able to determine the entrance from which a vehicle judged to be the same one had entered and the exit from which it exited, along with the type of vehicle. Short-term and long-term statistical data on the flow of vehicles and the situation of road usage can be acquired efficiently.

    • The present invention provides a method for manufacturing laminated material which can remove ear portions of a resin film extruded from an extruding machine and can directly laminate the resin film to a substrate and can make the processing of end portions of a laminated material after lamination unnecessary. The present invention also provides an apparatus used for such a manufacturing method. In the method for manufacturing laminated material which laminates a resin film formed by extruding molten thermoplastic resin from a T-die to a substrate, a laminating film is formed by cutting ear portions of the resin film before lamination and the laminating film is laminated to the substrate. Further, the apparatus for manufacturing laminated material according to the present invention comprises heating means which preheats a substrate, a T-die which extrudes molten thermoplastic resin as a resin film, cutting means which forms a laminating film by cutting ear portions of the resin film before lamination, lamination rolls which laminate the laminating film to the substrate, and a cooling device which quenches the formed laminated material.
