    • PURPOSE:To prevent interception of a laser beam and extremely reduce energy loss by omitting an aperture which intercepts a part of the laser light and directly attaching a light detecting means to a reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:Output signals 7e of light detecting means 7d directly attached to reflecting mirrors 5 and 6 are operated by a CPU 8, and a motor 4a is driven through a motor driving signal 9a from a driving circuit 9 based on the signal from the CPU 8 to change the angle of a first reflecting mirror 4 so that a laser light 2b is projected to the center of a second reflecting mirror 5. Reflecting mirrors 5 and 6 are controlled as the first and second reflecting mirrors, and the positional deviation of the optical axis of the laser light is detected by the light detecting means of the reflecting mirrors at the down stream side to successively adjust the angles of reflecting mirrors at the upstream side, and thereby, the laser light 2 is transmitted to pass centers of all reflecting mirrors. Thus, the energy loss is reduced and the laser light is always transmitted with the beam position fixed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy of a mirror holder with a hole to stabilize its performance and to obtain an oscillator which is easily maintained by providing a positioning mechanism for positioning the mirror holder with a hole by engaging a projection with a recess between the holder and an optical base. CONSTITUTION:A convex mirror and a concave mirror opposed to one another, a mirror 3 with a hole attached obliquely to an optical axis for connecting both the mirrors for externally outputting a laser light amplified between both the mirrors, and a mirror holder 9 with a hole for holding the mirror 3 and detachably mounting on an optical base 8 are provided. A positioning mechanism for positioning the mirror holder 9 by engaging a recess with a projection is provided between the mirror holder 9 and the base 8 in such an unstable type laser oscillator. The mechanism is composed, for example, of at least one positioning pin 13 provided at either the mirror holder 9 or the base 8, and a positioning pin inserting hole 14 formed at the other.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the overheat of a corner part and to improve the working accuracy by automatically changing over the working conditions within the prescribed range of the corner in a working shape in the case of working a work with its automatic induction in an XY direction by a NC device for the laser light. CONSTITUTION:A work 7 is subjected to a laser beam machining in the prescribed shape with the automatic induction of a work table 6 in an XY direction by a numerical control device (NC) 10 for the laser light 2 condensing by a work head 4 the laser light 2 emitted from a laser oscillator 1. In case of the laser light 2 reaching a fixed distance Cin for the corner part whose working shape is less than a fixed angle theta, the corner part is passed by reducing the working conditions and at the time when separating from a fixed distance Cout the working is continued by returning to the original working conditions again. The overheat of the corner part is thus prevented automatically and the working accuracy of the work 7 can be increased.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize laser beam processing and to reduce initial cost by providing air stirring means such as blowers to a transmission duct for laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The plural blowers 8 are disposed at arbitrary intervals in the transmission duct 2 for laser beam. The laser beam 7 outputted from a laser beam oscillator 1 advances rectlinearily in the duct 2, is changed in direction by a reflecting mirror 3 and is projected via a processing lens 4 to a work 5 by which the laser beam processing is executed. The air in the duct 2 is stirred upon starting of the respective blowers 8 so that the refractive indices of the air in the duct 2 are distributed uniformly without dispersion. The disturbance of the optical axis of the laser beam 7 is, therefore, obviated and the laser beam 7 is stably introduced into the lens 4. The laser beam processing is thus stabilized and since the installation of the blowers 8 is merely necessitated, the initial cost is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To measure a laser energy during laser-working by providing a through hole in a laser light reflecting region of a reflecting mirror for reflecting a laser light and inserting a sensor for measuring the power of the laser light into the through hole. CONSTITUTION:At least one through hole 6 is formed in a laser light reflecting region of a reflecting mirror 5 for reflecting a laser light 1, and a sensor 7 for measuring the power of the light 1 is inserted into the hole 6. For example, a plurality of through holes 6 are so opened that the optical axis of the light 1 is coincident with the axial line in the laser light reflecting region of the mirror 5 for reflecting to alter the direction of the light 1, and the optical sensors 7 are inserted from the rear surface of the mirror 5 into the holes 6. Coolant 4 is fed to the holder 8 for holding the end of the mirror 5 to cool the mirror 5. The light 1 incident to the mirror 5 is photodetected by the sensors 7 to measure the laser energy, and the light 1 reflected on the mirror except the holes 6 performs laser-works.
