Thereby, the air-conditioner 7 can be controlled so as to smoothly introduce a user into a deep sleeping state.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the same stress eliminating effect regardless of an individual difference and to enhance said effect as the use number of times of the same user increases, by determining the feedback coefficient of the next time to the initial value of the electric resistance of the skin after a set time is elapsed from the start of use of this time and the feedback coefficient of the previous time. CONSTITUTION:In an operational processing part 2 to which the measured value of the electric resistance SRL of the skin is inputted, the intensity of the vibration of the next time is determined on the basis of a feedback coefficient curve setting the relation between the change rate of the resistance SRL and the intensity of vibration as well as the electric resistance SRL of the skin at each time and, in a vibration control circuit 4a, vibration having the intensity of vibration determined by the operational processing part 2 and changing at 1/f fluctuation is generated. In the operational processing part 2, the feedback coefficient of the next time is determined from the change rate to the initial value of the electric resistance SRL of the skin when a preset time is elapsed from the start of the use of this time and the feedback coefficient of the previous time at the finish time of use to be stored in a memory part 3.
