On the other hand, a hollow yarn cartridge 3 is fitted to a cover body 2 in which a first aperture communicating with an outlet 13 of permeating liquid is provided to the center of its bottom wall and a second aperture communicating with an inlet 14 of liquid to be treated is provided apart therefrom. At a time for exchanging a cartridge, after taking out residual liquid to be treated through a discharge port 21, a hand coupling 17 is taken off from the cover body 2 and the hollow yarn cartridge 3 is drawn out from the casing. Thereafter the projecting part of the cone-shaped cap body of the new hollow yarn cartridge is inserted into the first aperture of the cover body 2 and joined.
