摘要： There is disclosed herein an image sensing device of an image pickup apparatus which produces an image signal corresponding to an optical image of an object taken through the image pickup apparatus. The image sensing device includes an photoconductive member responsive to the optical image on one surface thereof to produce an charge image corresponding to the optical image on the other surface under a predetermined electric field and a change holding member arranged so that an electrostatic latent image is formed on one surface thereof. The charge holding member is disposed to be opposed relation to the photoconductive member and first and second electrodes are respectively disposed on the photoconductive member and the charge holding member. Also included in the device is a voltage application circuit comprising a change-over switch and a power source so that a voltage of the power source is applicable to the first and second electrodes. The operation of the switch is controlled by a switch control unit so as to allow and interrupt the application of the voltage of the power source to the first and second electrodes. Discharging between the members is developed in response to application of the voltage thereto so that a charge image is formed on the charge holding member in correspondance with the charge image formed on the photoconductive member.

摘要： A color image pickup device comprises an image pickup tube, a color stripe filter comprising a plurality of stripes, a circuit for obtaining a color multiplexed signal by sampling color information from the color stripe filter and multiplexing color components obtained by the sampling in a direction perpendicular to the scanning direction, and a circuit for producing a color demodulated signal by subjecting the color multiplexed signal to a color demodulation. The color stripe filter may be arranged on the image pickup tube so that a longitudinal direction of the stripes is approximately parallel to a scanning direction of the image pickup tube, and the sampling may be performed at sampling points which are deviated in the scanning direction for each scanning line. On the other hand, the color stripe filter may be arranged so that the scanning direction is inclined by a certain angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the stripes so that an interval between two mutually adjacent sampling points on each scanning line along a direction approximately perpendicular to the scanning direction is within a repetition pitch of the scanning lines.

摘要： An incident optical image is split by a single semi-transparent mirror into first and second optical images and directed onto first and second intersecting planes so that the images are in mirror-image relationship to each other with respect to a line of intersection between the two planes. First and second identical solid-state area imagers are located on the two planes, respectively. A pair of identical solid-state area imagers respectively include image sensors for generating charges corresponding to the optical images incident thereon. A vertically bidirectionally transferrable charge transfer device is coupled to each image sensor and a horizontally bidirectionally transferrable charge transfer device is coupled to the vertical transfer device. The vertical and horizontal charge transfer devices of both imagers are driven so that signals derived therefrom will produce identical electronic images.

摘要： A bias light supply device applies bias light through a color separation stripe filter to a color TV imaging device which generates a multiplex color TV video signal. The bias light supply device is disposed in front of the color TV imaging device and is made up of a bias light source for emitting bias light, and a light conducting member made of acrylic resin or glass to apply bias light from the bias light source to the imaging device through the filter. Arranged parallel to the surface of a photoelectric transducer section, the light conducting member has light inlet portions, reflective portions and light outlet portions and is mounted in an opening formed in a color TV camera casing. All the outer surfaces of the light conducting member, except for the light inlet portions, reflective portions and light outlet portions, are covered with light intercepting members. The quantity and color temperature of the bias light are adjustable. The bias light supply device may reduce afterimages and improve color reproducibility in dark scenes.

A focusing current is supplied to an electron beam focusing coil of the camera tube.
