    • Techniques to automatically build a language dependency graph for localizable resources are described. A technique may include storing resources from a file in a translation database with data that indicates the language that the resource is in, the entity that created that version of the resource, and a dependency, if any, on a different language version of the resource. Subsequent translations of a resource may also be stored in the translation database in a manner that groups the translated version(s) of a resource to the original resource, and also stores the language of the resource, the entity that translated it, and the dependency to the language from which the resource was translated. A language dependency graph may be generated from the translation database for a file, where the graph reflects the languages of translation and dependency relationships among the translations. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

    • The present invention relates generally to a rotary handle. More particularly, the invention encompasses an improved support bracket for a deliberate action rotary handle. The invention further includes an improved support bracket to support an extended drive-plate deliberate action rotary handle, such that to turn on a component, such as, a circuit breaker, requires a deliberate manual action by the user. If a deliberate action is not taken by a user but the handle is accidentally pushed then the handle does not engage with a drive shaft and the handle moves to an outer edge of a drive plate thus preventing the engagement of the handle with the other components to turn on the component.

    • Integrated circuit, system, method and machine readable media embodiments adjust a slew rate and/or a transmit pre-emphasis of an output signal at selected phases during a bit time. A timing circuit provides a plurality of delayed data signals in response to a clock signal. A plurality of adjustable impedance circuits, including a plurality of select circuits, output a plurality of selected delayed data signals to form the output signal having an adjusted slew rate. Delay elements in the timing circuit are also biased from a current of a lock loop circuit to further adjust slew rate of the output signal. Transmit pre-emphasis of the output signal is adjusted by selecting a polarity of a selected delayed data signal in each of the plurality of adjustable impedance circuits. Each adjustable impedance circuit also includes a predriver and driver for adjusting impedance in response to a signal indicating an impedance value. In an embodiment, an integrated circuit is able to operate in multiple modes of operation depending upon the type of output signal, frequency range of the output signal, physical packaging and/or system configuration.
