    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover refrigerant CFC dissolving into refrigerating machine oil by making a hole on the lower surface side of a fixed recovering machine under negative pressure state, recovering a gas/liquid mixture of refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil and separating the refrigerant from the refrigerating machine oil. SOLUTION: A machine to be recovered 15 is fixed onto a carrier 16 by means of a fixing unit with the part exposing a compressor 12 being directed downward and the seal part 18 of a drill 3 is pressed against the compressor 12 from below. A change-over valve 7 is turned to the vacuum pump 11 side and the seal part 18 is sucked to bring about negative pressure state. Subsequently, the change-over valve 7 is turned to the refrigerant/refrigerating machine oil separator 20 side and a hole is made through the shell of the compressor 12 by means of a drill 3. Ejected gaseous refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil are introduced to the separator 20 and oil is removed from the gaseous refrigerant when it ascends through an oil mist separator 25 and then it is introduced to a gaseous refrigerant recovery unit 50. Refrigerating machine oil is heated in a tank 21 by means of a heater 29 in order to accelerate separation of refrigerant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering a solder from pulverized pieces of waste printed circuit boards, etc. SOLUTION: A solder recovering apparatus comprises a feeder 1 to successively feed solder pieces generated by pulverizing wastes and pulverized pieces of other materials, a belt 5 which is rotated with the solder pieces and pulverized pieces from the feeder 1 placed thereon, a heating part 6 which heats the solder pieces and the pulverized pieces in the upstream of the belt 5 to melt the solder pieces, and deforms the molten solder into spherical solder grains by the surface tension, a cooling part 25 which cools the solder grains 10 in the downstream of the belt 5 and solidifies the spherical solder grains, a belt 7a which receives the spherical solder grains 10 and the pulverized pieces 11 dropping from a tip of the belt 5, and is rotated in an upwardly inclined direction, and a solder recovering container 8 arranged in the vicinity of a lower end of the belt 7a, the pulverized pieces 11 are carried to the upward direction of the belt 7a, and the spherical solder grains 10 are rolled in the downward direction and recovered in the solder recovering container 8.

    • PURPOSE:To individually separate aluminum and copper from a mixture including them by providing a throw-in hole, a carrying means and an alternating magnetic field imparting means for the mixture including copper and aluminum and a hopper for collecting aluminum and providing an air blow-in hole on the outlet part near the hopper. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of nonferrous metal, such as aluminum and copper, and nonmetal, such as glass and wood or iron, is fed from a feed throw-in hole 7 and carried to on a head drum 5 by a rotary belt 2 and influenced by alternating magnetic field generated by the rotation of a permanent magnet rotor 1, causing eddy current to be generated in electric conductors, such as aluminum and copper. Since the magnetic field generated in the electric conductors by the eddy current has the same pole as alternating magnetic field generated by the rotation of the rotor 1, the electric conductors are repulsed and hop from the rotor 1 and, by blowing in air from an air blow-in hole 3 installed in the outlet part of the rotor, hopped aluminum of low specific gravity, etc., are blown off and recovered by an aluminum recovery hopper 8 and copper, etc., fall intact and are recovered in a copper recovery hopper 9.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the stabilization of a rotational speed and the efficient utilization of driving energy by a method wherein a rotary induction machine which has a rotary shaft which is coupled with the output shaft of a prime mover in relation of mutual torque transmission is provided and the prime mover is operated while the rotary induction machine is always connected to a power supply. CONSTITUTION:A rotary induction machine 2 which has a synchronous rotational speed equal to the rated rotational speed of a prime mover 1 and, further, has a rotary shaft coupled with the output shaft of the prime mover 1 in relation of mutual torque transmission and a control means which always keeps the rotary induction machine connected to a driving power supply. A rotational speed is stabilized by the variation of an operation mode shown by the rotary induction machine 2 in accordance with the difference between the rotation output of the prime mover 1 and the power required by a load. With this constitution, the variation of the rotational speed can be suppressed and the sufficiently stable operation can automatically be realized while driving energy whose supply rate is fluctuating is efficiently utilized.
