    • PURPOSE:To automatically exchange aberration correction data even when a lens is exchanged by providing a memory to store the aberration correction data in a lens main body, and performing registration correction by reading out the correction data stored in the lens main body at need. CONSTITUTION:Data to correct aberration generated at an optical part 4 is held corresponding to the characteristic and the position of the lens in an aberration correction data memory 2. A lens parameter detection circuit 3 detects the parameter of an image pickup state, and takes out the aberration correction data corresponding to the parameter from the memory 2. The correction data is transmitted to the microcomputer 15 of the camera main body via a transmission path 21. The microcomputer 15 computes the registration correction signals of a red color image pickup tube 6 and a blue color image pickup tube 8 by using transmitted correction data. In such a way, an operator can be released from complicated work such as to exchange the correction data, and registration defect can be completely eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To dispense with high accuracy in the mounting of a solidstate image pickup element by correcting deviation in an image due to the mounting error of the image pickup element by applying constant computation on an output signal, CONSTITUTION:The light receiving area of the solid-state image pickup element to be used is widened, and the number of image elements are increased according to the above widening. Also, after the solid-state image pickup element 10 is fixed on an optical system 2, the position relation of the light receiving areas in the solid-state image pickup element and the optical axis of an optical lens 1 is measured in advance, and the information is recorded on a mounting error quantity recording arithmetic circuit 11. When the image is outputted, computation is applied on a video signal obtained from each image element of the solid-state image pickup element by a video signal arithmetic circuit 14 based on the quantity of deviation of an image element point found at an image element point travel quantity arithmetic circuit 12 from the information with respect to the mounting error recorded already, and the video level of each image element point in an effective image element area required for the output of the image is interpolated by anticipation, and a signal after interpolation is outputted. In such a way, it is not required to request high mounting accuracy for the solid-state image pickup element.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a signal with excellent S/N by supplying a movement detection scanning signal and a variable speed scanning signal to an even number line and an odd number line solid-state image pickup elements alternately and replacing the position of the picture element for movement detention and the signal storage time variable element. CONSTITUTION:A switch 30 switches a high speed scanning signal from a scanning circuit 3 and a variable speed scanning signal from a scanning circuit 2 for each prescribed time to scan odd and even number lines alternately. A switch 21 selects a signal subject to high speed scanning among signals of each line and given it to a movement detection circuit 21 to detect the movement of an object. The output of the solid-state image pickup elements on the odd and even lines is given to amplifiers 24', 24, the gain is adjusted by circuits 17', 17, the result is given to A/D converters 11', 11 and stored in memories 12', 12. A memory control circuit 25 uses the output of the movement detection circuit 21 to read the memories 12', 12, the result is added by an adder 35, given to a D/A converter 26 and the result is converted into a TV signal by a process circuit 27. A detection circuit 35 detects the lightness by the input of the movement detection circuit 21 to control the changeover of the switches 30, 31. Thus, high picture quality with excellent S/N is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To make substantially equal the quantizing noise of a three primary color signal being demodulated and calculated by converting whether a signal corresponding to respective complementary color by a separate A/D converter different in the number of quantizing bits, or demodulating and calculating in the stage of an analog signal, and A/D converting the resulted signal. CONSTITUTION:An image of an object to be photographed is formed on a solid- state image pickup element 3 by a lens 1. After output signals 3A, 3B are amplified, by using a chrominance separating circuit 12, a chrominance signal corresponding to a color filter is separated, and the respective chrominance signals are converted into the digital data by A/D converters 13A-13D different in the number of quantizing bits. When using the color filter, Mg1, Cy1, Ye1 are multi color signals and generally have a signal amplitude larger than a primary color signal G4d1. In a camera circuit, from the respective complementary color signals, primary color signals such as G, R are demodulated. In order to maintain a quantizing level of m bits in the demodulated primary signal, to the respective chrominance signals, the A/D converter different in number of quantizing bits is assigned.
