    • An LED illumination device includes a light-emitting module, a heat sink and an electrical module. The light-emitting module includes a light source provided with a plurality of LEDs. The heat sink includes an elongated base and a plurality of fins extending from the base. The base has a top surface and an opposite bottom surface. The fins extend upwardly from the top surface of the base. The light source is thermally attached to the bottom surface of the base. The heat sink is provided with at least one receiving space at a top side thereof. The electrical module includes at least one circuit board and two end covers. The at least one circuit board is accommodated in the at least one receiving space of the heat sink. The two end covers are arranged at two opposite ends of the heat sink.

    • An LED illuminating device includes an optical section, an electrical section, and a heat dissipation section therebetween. The optical section includes a light source. The electrical section electrically connects with the light source. The heat dissipation section includes a mounting seat, a heat pipe and a heat sink. The heat pipe includes an evaporation section fixed on the mounting seat and thermally connecting with the light source and a condenser section. The heat sink includes a plurality of umbrella-shaped fins each including a main body perpendicular to the condenser section of the heat pipe and two flanges angling downward from two opposite edges of the main body towards the light source. A plurality of air venting holes are defined in the main body and the flanges of each fin.

    • A performance testing apparatus for heat pipes includes a heating set, a cooling set, and a supporting set adjustably supporting the heating and cooling sets thereon. The heating set includes a first immovable portion, a first movable portion and two heating channels therebetween. Temperature sensors are inserted into the first immovable portion and movable portions. Heating members are inserted into the first movable portion and immovable portions. The cooling set includes a second immovable portion, a second movable portion and two cooling channels defined therebetween. Temperature sensors are inserted into the second immovable and movable portions. A cooling passageway is formed in the second immovable portion.

    • A heat pipe performance testing apparatus includes a heating set, a cooling set, and a supporting set adjustably supporting the heating and cooling sets thereon. The heating set includes a first immovable portion, and a first movable portion vertically movable to the first immovable portion. A first channel is defined between the first immovable and movable portions. Temperature sensors are attached to the first immovable and movable portions.
