摘要： A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines is proposed, in which for normal engine operation the control of the injection quantity and of the beginning and end of supply for injection is effected by means of a control slide which is axially displaceable on the pump piston and in which a radial bore (connecting conduit) controlled by the pump piston is present in the pump cylinder, with which radial bore the pump work chamber can be made to communicate with the suction chamber of the pump. The latest end of supply for the injection is determined in that after a predetermined stroke of the pump piston a relief conduit is arranged to coincide with the radial bore and thereby relieve the pump work chamber. Because the radial bore is only blocked after a pre-stroke has been executed by the pump piston the earliest supply onset also can be controlled with this bore as well.

摘要： The invention relates to a radial piston pump for high-pressure fuel delivery in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines. The pump includes a drive shaft that is supported in a pump housing and is embodied eccentrically or has a number of cam-like projections in the circumference direction, with a number of pistons that are disposed radially with regard to the drive shaft, each piston in a respective cylinder chamber. Each piston can be set into a reciprocating motion in the cylinder chamber upon rotation of the drive shaft. The pump includes an intake side and a high-pressure side check valve, and a component which has a through opening that constitutes the cylinder chamber, into whose radially outer end, a sealing element is inserted. The intake side check valve is integrated into the sealing element. In order to more compactly embody the piston pump, the sealing element is sealed in a pressure-tight fashion toward the outside in the longitudinal direction of the through opening that constitutes the cylinder chamber, and the fuel supply to the intake side check valve takes place by way of a fuel supply opening that is disposed in the component and is essentially radial to the longitudinal direction.

摘要： The invention relates to a radial piston pump for high-pressure fuel delivery in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, in particular in a common rail injection system, having a housing, a drive shaft that is supported in the pump housing and has an eccentrically embodied shaft segment. A ring is slidingly supported on the shaft segment and cooperates with a plurality of pistons. The pistons are disposed radially with respect to the drive shaft in a respective cylinder chamber. Ends of the pistons oriented toward the drive shaft each have a respective plate. To improve engine efficiency, the cylinder chambers are filled with less fuel as the demand drops, this prevents increased wear and damage from occurring during operation. The problem of wear and damage is solved in that all the plates are kept in contact with the ring by a leaf-spring-like device, in particular a single clamp. In a radial piston pump in which a plate is held by a plate holder, the plate holder is secured to the ring.
