    • A TANGLE-PROOF COLLAR ASSEMBLY for restraining pets and various animals. Each embodiment utilizes a channel mounted on an annular band. The channel forms an arcuate path about the periphery of the band wherein a swivel truck assembly having 360° biaxial rotation may travel within the arcuate path of the channel. An attachment for the leash is provided on the swivel truck. Each embodiment employs a locking mechanism for securing the collar in a suitable manner to maintain the arcuate path. Additional embodiments are described that provide for a rigid collar, which may be adjusted by the addition or removal of sizing elements or sections and an alternate locking assembly. An embodiment of a harness based upon the present invention is also described.

    • Described herein is a one-part hot melt adhesive comprising the reaction product of: (a) a polyester polyol with an equivalent weight in the range of from about 250 to about 3,000; (b) a polyisocyanate; and (c) at least about 1 weight percent hydroquinone bis (2-hydroxyethyl) ether; wherein the isocyanate content of the resulting product is at least about 0.5 percent. Also described is a one-part hot melt adhesive comprising the reaction product of: (a) a polyether polyol; (b) a polyisocyanate; and (c) hydroquinone bis (2-hydroxyethyl) ether; wherein the isocyanate content of the resulting product is at least about 0.5 percent. It has been discovered that the compositions of the invention provide adhesives with increased resistance to softening at high temperatures (e.g., above about 70.degree. C.) after curing. Such adhesives have a variety of uses in applications wherein the applied adhesive is exposed to high temperatures, but are particularly useful in automotive applications, wherein the exterior or interior of the automobile may be exposed to such temperatures.

    • A system and method for arrow fletching by bonding vanes to a vinyl wrap allows for efficient, accurate fletching of arrows. The vanes are placed into a number of slits positioned on a jig plate. The jig plate in a holder is placed into a heat press, thereby bonding the vanes to the vinyl wrapping and creating a fletched arrow wrap. Once the fletched arrow wraps are cooled they are placed in a fletching jig, with an adhesive coating on the backside of the wrap exposed by removing a paper backing. The shaft of each arrow is rolled over the adhesive coating such that the wrap becomes affixed to the shaft of the arrow, thereby fletching the shaft.

    • A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided in order to trigger a reselection of a serving cell in an instance in which a mobile terminal may be creating neighbor cell interference. Based upon received reselection data, the mobile terminal may release and/or suspend a network resource, such as an enhanced dedicated channel in order to trigger a reselection of a new serving cell. In this regard, a method is provided that includes determining the presence of a reselection condition based on reselection data. In an instance in which the presence of the reselection condition is determined, the method includes causing a network resource to be modified. The method also includes causing a reselection of a serving cell.
