    • PURPOSE: A pylon of a cable-stayed bridge having a composite coupling structure and a construction method thereof are provided to minimize the increase of cross section of a pylon supporting part because the pylon and the bridge are directly coupled. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a pylon of a cable-stayed bridge is as follows. A plurality of studs(211) are formed on the inner side of the base of the steel pylon(200). A pylon supporting part(110) is formed and a composite reinforcing rod part is arranged to be extended above the pylon supporting part. A leveler mounting part is formed on the top of the pylon supporting part. A leveler(130) is installed in the leveler mounting unit and carries out leveling in order to horizontally set the pylon formed with the studs. The leveled steel pylon is arranged in the pylon supporting part. Concrete is placed and hardened inside the steel pylon base installed in the pylon supporting part so as to form a composite concrete part(111) which is coupled to the studs and the composite reinforcing rod part.

The apparatus for drying the fixed organic sludge further includes an adjusting part(60) installed on the outlet.

    • A 3-pass drum dryer is provided to improve thermal efficiency of sludge and drying efficiency of a dryer efficiently by increasing mobility of the sludge by using three drums contacting a thermal source directly. A 3-pass drum dryer includes a plurality of guide units(20), a drum part(30), a driving part(40), a hot wind hole(50), and an input part(60). The guide part is formed on a front and a rear sides of a frame(10). The drum part is supported on the top of the guide part pivotally, and three passes are formed on an inner side of the drum part. The driving part is installed at one side of the drum part, and rotates the drum part. The -pass drum dryer further includes a nozzle part(70) injecting water and installed at the hot wind hole. The input part is a pipe member of a square shape, and installed at the top of the hot wind hole.

A method for applying a bending moment to a concrete beam using an anchor system comprises the steps of installing a sheathe pipe for installing a tension member to the inside of a concrete beam to a form where concrete is placed according to the arrangement of tension members, placing concrete to the form to make an upper portion of girders to block out, laying a portion of a circular hollow pipe which is a guide member to be arranged in the axial direction of the concrete beam on the bottom of the block-out space before the concrete placed in the form is cured completely, installing a tension member made of a high strength steel wire to the sheathe pipe buried under the inside of the concrete beam, fixing the tension member to an anchorage to make the end of the tension member exposed to the block-out space pass through a through hole formed on an anchor block, tensing the tension member using an anchorage to keep the anchor block not to make contact with a cutting plane of the concrete beam and applying a bending moment to the concrete beam, injecting grouting milk into the sheathe pipe exposed to the block-out space together with the tension member, and placing concrete to the block-out space on the upper portion of two ends of the concrete beam, and curing the concrete.

In a method for treating recycle water of wastewater treatment, comprising a first settling process, a microorganism treatment process, a second settling process, a sludge returning process, a sludge treating process, and a recycle water treating process, wherein an anoxic tank of the microorganism treatment process is divided into a first anoxic tank(30) and a second anoxic tank(35), the method further comprises: a first denitrifying process of returning the recycle water nitritated in the recycle water treating process to the first anoxic tank to convert nitrite of the recycle water into nitrogen gas; and a second denitrifying process of returning internal return water returned from an aerobic tank(40) to the second anoxic tank to convert nitrate into nitrogen gas. The method further comprises dividingly flowing influent settled through the first settling process into an anaerobic tank(20), the first anoxic tank, and the second anoxic tank to supply a carbon source required for phosphorous release and denitrification.

A lower blowing box(120) is separated from the underside of the metal rod at the predetermined distance at the lower part of the inner space of the oven. The lower blowing box has plural second spraying units(122) arranged in the passing direction of the metal rod and provided with a pair of second slit nozzles disposed on the upside vertically to the passing direction of the metal rod and formed in the width broader than the width of the first slit nozzle. A circulating unit supplies the gas to the upper and lower blowing boxes by circulating the gas of the inner space of the oven. A heating unit heats the gas circulated by the circulating unit.
