    • PURPOSE: A battery module assembly is provided to have a compact and a stable structure, and to form an electric connection and mechanical connection without using many connecting units and to minimize damages from external impacts. CONSTITUTION: A battery module assembly has a hexagonal lamination structure that a plurality of rectangular battery modules(300a-300i) in which many battery cells(400) or unit modules(400) are directly connected to each other, are laminated in a height direction or width direction. Sensing assembly measuring the voltage of a direct connecting part is mounted to each of the battery cells or unit modules. One end of the voltage sensing assembly is connected to a sensing circuit part(400). The sensing circuit part consists of an integrated circuit structure that many branch circuits, which are branched from a stem circuit(440), are integrated into the stem circuit.

    • PURPOSE: A battery module is provided to be electrically and mechanically connected, thereby capable of remarkably improving processability and maximizing manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: A battery module(300) is mounted on a module case in state many battery cells(10), which has electrode terminals on one side or both sides, are laminated to be adjacent to each other. An installation element(200), which forms an electric connection when the electrode terminals are insert-mounted into a module case corresponding with the electrode terminals of the battery cell, is placed. A positive electrode and negative electrode terminals are formed in the both ends of the battery cell respectively.
