    • A thermoplastic elastomer comprising organo-clay compound is provided to be grafted with a silane binder and a radical initiator and show superior resilience, improved hardness and high cross-linkage without alternative contact with water by comprising organo-clay compound as well as crystalline polymer and ethylene polymer. The elastomer comprises 60-96wt% of an ethylene polymer, 3-39wt% of a crystalline polymer and 0.1-10wt% of an organo-clay compound and is graft polymerized by a silane binder and a radical initiator. The crystalline polymer is at least one selected from polypropylene, linear high density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene. The organo-clay compound contains aromatic material in an interlayer of a layered clay compound. The ethylene polymer is a copolymer of ethylene and at least one (alpha)-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and has a density of 0.860-0.890g/cm^3 and MI(melting index) of 0.2 to 40. The silane binder is an unsaturated silane having unsaturated hydrocarbon group and hydrolytic functional group.
