    • PURPOSE: A microphone device is provided to improve durability about an external shock including an impact or vibration by additionally arranging a metal frame in a main body of a microphone. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board includes a plurality of pads for electrical connection on a bottom surface. A microphone main body is combined with the printed circuit board. The microphone main body includes a cover(12) of a metal material forming a sealed interior space. A metal frame(20) of the metal material has a shape surrounding sides of the microphone main body. The metal frame of the metal material is combined with the microphone main body. At least a part of a down side end part of the metal frame is combined with a substrate of the user products while being electrically combined with the substrate of the user products and a plurality of pads.

    • PURPOSE: A microphone is provided to arrange a sound path, thereby acquiring high-specification sound characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A case arranges the outer shape of a microphone. Various parts are installed in the inside of the case. One lateral surface of the case is opened. An external sound hole(12) is arranged in the other lateral surface(11) of the case. The case comprises four lateral surfaces(14) extended to a lower direction from the other lateral surface. A curling part(16) is installed in the lower end part of each lateral surface. A printed circuit board is comprised of a first printed circuit board(20) and a second printed circuit board(40). A MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) chip(30) converts a received sound signal to an electric signal. An amplifier(50) amplifies the electric signal of the MEMS chip. A sound path is comprised of the external sound hole, an internal path space(24), and an internal sound hole(22).

    • PURPOSE: A variable directional microphone assembly and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve sound quality by connecting a signal of a microphone through a coil spring. Cushions(132-1,132-2) protect the microphone device. A case(140) is used for fixing the assembly. The dustproof cloth(150) is attached to the outer side of the bottom of the case.
