摘要： In a management system which manages user equipment installed in a prescribed space managed by a user, the user equipment including a plurality of motion guidance devices each including a track member, a moving member, and a plurality of displacement sensors which detect displacements of the moving member in a prescribed number of displacement directions in the moving member, on the basis of lifespan-related information corresponding to each of the plurality of motion guidance devices, a lifespan exhaustion ratio of each motion guidance device is calculated and, on the basis of the calculated lifespan exhaustion ratio, replacement object devices to be replaced within a prescribed period which constitute a part of or all of the plurality of motion guidance devices are determined. In addition, a user is notified of a replacement timing at which all of the determined replacement object devices in the user equipment are to be replaced.

摘要： A foreign matter detecting device comprises a first yoke portion and a second yoke portion which adjoin a permanent magnet respectively. The both yoke portions are arranged while interposing a reference space therebetween. Further, a detour yoke portion is arranged. A magnetic resistance of the first detour space being smaller than a magnetic resistance of the predetermined reference space, and magnetic resistances of the second detour space and the first detour space being larger than the magnetic resistance of the predetermined reference space. A detection signal in relation to the foreign matter is outputted on the basis of a magnetic flux density provided in at least any one of spaces of the reference space and the first detour space, corresponding to an amount of retention of the foreign matter in a retaining portion which is provided so that the foreign matter is retained in the second detour space.

摘要： A heat-treatment device 10 includes a table 11 on which a ring-shaped workpiece W can be placed, and a pair of heat processing units 20 for heat-processing the peripheral surface of the workpiece W. The heat-treatment device 10 is used for obtaining the workpiece W having desired properties by the heat-processing the workpiece W while the pair of heat processing units 20 move in opposite directions along the peripheral surface of the workpiece W. The heat-treatment device 10 is configured in such a way that a pair of revolving arms 30 movable relative to the table 11 oscillate the pair of heat processing units 20 relative to the workpiece W, thereby heat-processing the peripheral surface of the workpiece W. By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to obtain a heat-treatment device heat-processing the entire circumference of a ring-shaped workpiece.

摘要： Disclosed is a linear motor that can exert a high propulsive force and reduce cogging. A stator has a plurality of core units in a stroke direction. Each of the core units has a first core having a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole, which is different in polarity from the first magnetic pole, coils wound around the first core, a second core having a third magnetic pole and a fourth magnetic pole, which is different in polarity from the third magnetic pole, and coils wound around the second core. The third magnetic pole faces the first magnetic pole, and the fourth magnetic pole faces the second magnetic pole. A movable element is sandwiched between the first magnetic poles and the third magnetic poles, and between the second magnetic poles and the fourth magnetic poles.
