摘要： A method and a system for determining taxes attributable to a financial transaction create a tax rate table, link an entity of the financial transaction to the tax rate table through a product rule, and calculate taxes based on the tax rate table according to one component of the financial transaction. The tax rate tables can be linked by a default product rule, which is a defined by a global variable. Alternatively, specific product rules can be used to link specific entities, such as tax jurisdiction records, or legal entity records. In one application, the method and the system calculate revenue tax, cost tax, input tax, and profits for each transaction. The method and the system may further include multi-currency support analysis for a financial transaction so that a financial transaction can be analyzed under a common currency, even though the financial transaction is conducted using one or more currencies in one or more jurisdictions.

摘要： The invention is directed to isomeric mixtures of cyclosporine analogues that are structurally similar to cyclosporine A. The mixtures possess enhanced efficacy and reduced toxicity over the individual isomers and over naturally occurring and other presently known cyclosporines and cyclosporine derivatives. Embodiments of the present invention are directed toward cis and trans-isomers of cyclosporin A analogs referred to as ISATX247, and derivatives thereof. Mixtures of ISATX247 isomers exhibit a combination of enhanced potency and reduced toxicity over the naturally occurring and presently known cyclosporins. ISATX247 isomers and alkylated, arylated, and deuterated derivatives are synthesized by stereoselective pathways where the particular conditions of a reaction determine the degree of siereoselectivity. The ratio of isomers in a mixture may range from about 10 to 90 percent by weight of the (E)-isomer to about 90 to 10 percent by weight of the (Z)-isomer, based on the total weight of the mixture.

摘要： Cyclosporine derivatives are disclosed which possess enhanced efficacy and reduced toxicity over naturally occurring and other presently known cyclosporins and cyclosporine derivatives. The cyclosporine derivatives of the present invention are produced by chemical and isotopic substitution of the cyclosporine A (CsA) molecule by: (1) Chemical substitution and optionally deuterium substitution of amino acid 1; and (2) deuterium substitution at key sites of metabolism of the cyclosporine A molecule such as amino acids 1, 4, 9. Also disclosed are methods of producing the cyclosporine derivatives and method of producing immunosuppression with reduced toxicity with the disclosed cyclosporine derivatives.

摘要： In a chemical vapor deposition apparatus for coating semiconductor wafers, the wafer is held face down in the reaction chamber. A radiant heat source above the wafer and outside the reaction chamber. The wafer is held on a ring chuck by means of a retractable clamp heats the wafer from its backside to a temperature in excess of 1000.degree. C. rapidly. The radiant heat source includes cylindrical lamps placed in a radial pattern to improve heating uniformity. In the selective tungsten process the temperature of the wafer is raised from ambient to about 600.degree. C. while flowing process gases. At the upper temperature range the heating source can be rapidly cycled on and off to improve the uniformity of coating.

摘要： Embodiments provide single-sided and multi-layered circular polarized, self-contained, compound loop antennas (circular polarized CPL). Embodiments of the CPL antennas produce circular polarized signals by using two electric field radiators physically oriented orthogonal to each other, and by ensuring that the two electric field radiators are positioned such that an electrical delay between the two electric field radiators results in the two electric field radiators emitting their respective electric fields out of phase. Ensuring the proper electrical delay between the two electric field radiators also maintains high efficiency of the antenna and it improves the axial ratio of the antenna.
