SOLUTION: By embossing a transparent thermoplastic resin film 1 with a precision embossing roll formed with photoengraving technology, an embosshaving projected parts produced by the specified pattern and groups of a large number of projecting beads formed on the surface of the projected part is firmed. At the respective apex parts of the group of the projected beads, ink application parts 2 with the ink having the bright properties such as pearl ink, metallic effect ink or the like are provided by chipping. On one side of a thermoplastic base sheet 3, colored patterned ink application parts 5 are formed. One the above-mentioned side of the heated thermoplastic base sheet 3, the transparent thermoplastic resin film is doubled through adhesive layer 4 containing metallic effect, pearl effect particles or the like so as to obtain a surface decorative material, in which the projected parts and the groups of the projected projected beads of the transparent thermoplastic resin film 1 are embedded in the thermoplastic base sheet 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet-like product which is free from any adverse effect, upon an appearance, which is caused by the expansive penetration of bubbles into a skin layer from a foamed layer and the breaking of the bubbles under heating conditions, and gives a comfortable touch and can be embossed on the skin layer, giving a quality feeling. SOLUTION: This resin sheet-like product is made substantially of a vinyl chloride resin and is composed of at least, a skin layer and a foamed layer, with a thermally embossed pattern formed on the surface layer. In addition, the product has a subskin layer, adjacent to the foamed layer, which has an adequate hardness to substantially prevent bubbles present near the interface between the foamed layer and the skin layer from finding their way into the skin layer, due to heating when embossing the skin layer. The degree of polymerization of the vinyl chloride resin contained in the subskin layer, should preferably be higher than that of the vinyl chloride resin contained in the foamed layer by at least, 500 or more. Besides, the quantity of plasticizer contained in the subskin layer should preferably be less than that contained in the foamed layer by at least, 15 pts.wt.

The dry expanded layer 2 is formed by expanding the bonding layer. This layer 2 or 2 is capable of improving the hand of the synthetic leather and the silicone-modified polyurethane surface layer 4 contributes to the permanent improvement in lubricity of the surface of the synthetic leather.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated sheet material superior in design properties, stiff joining properties and processability, by a method wherein a blanket with long hairs or woven cloth and its edge part are joined with the undersurface of a shaped laminated foam obtained by laminating and shaping a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, crosslinking foamable PVC resin sheet and noncrosslinking foamable PVC resin sheet by superposing with each other. CONSTITUTION:A laminated foam is formed of a noncrosslinkable foam PVC resin sheet of a lower layer and a crosslinkable foamable PVC resin sheet of an intermediate layer. Then a thermoplastic synthetic resin is formed on the intermediate layer as a skin layer. Then the laminated foam unified through lamination is molded into a desired form through a vacuum or air-pressure forming method through heating, and a shaped laminated foam is formed. Then a necessary part of a blanket with long hairs or woven cloth and that of the shaped laminated foam are mounted respectively side by side on a core material or a base material shaped into a form corresponding to the foam. After joining of them, the above cloth material is superposed on the undersurface of the said foam at the edge of the core material or the base, and the superposed part is joined through welding by making use of high-frequency welding method.
