摘要： A multiple input multiple output (MIMO) tester tests various communication parameters of a MIMO device. The MIMO tester includes a first attenuation circuit, a switch circuit, a controlling circuit, and a divider circuit. The first attenuation circuit adjusts an equivalent resistance of the MIMO tester, wherein the first attenuation circuit is electronically connected to the MIMO device. The switch circuit comprises a plurality of switch elements, wherein each switch element comprises an input end, a first output end and a second output end, wherein the switch circuit is electronically connected to the first attenuation circuit. The controlling circuit controls operation of the switch circuit, wherein the controlling circuit is electronically connected to the switch circuit. The divider circuit electronically connected to the switch circuit receives electronic signals from the MIMO device, divides each electronic signal into a plurality of sub-signals, and sends the sub-signals to at least one test device.

摘要： Disclosed are violet, blue, and green phosphors having excellent durability and high luminance. Specifically disclosed is a phosphor which contains a metal element M (M is at least one element selected from among Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Tm and Yb) for constituting a metal ion, which is solid-solubilized in an AlON crystal, an AlON solid solution crystal or an inorganic crystal having the same crystal structure as AlON. The phosphor is capable of emitting fluorescence having a peak in the wavelength range from 300 nm to 700 nm. Also disclosed is a method for producing such a phosphor. Further disclosed are an illuminating device and an image display each containing such a phosphor.

The fluorophor has an a type sialon crystal structure which is represented by the general formulae: (Lix1, Ax2, Mx3)(Si12−(m+n)Alm+n)(OnN16−n) 1.2≦x1≦2.4 (1) 0.001≦x2≦0.4 (2) and 0≦x3≦1.0 (3), and has a luminescence peak at a wavelength in the range of 400 to 700 nm. The above phosphor is reduced in the lowering of brightness, and can be suitably used for a white LED and the like.

Integrated microfluidic liquid chromatography devices and systems include multiple separation columns integrated into a single substrate. The devices and systems are well suited for use in high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) applications. 摘要： A disk gripper for gripping an insulating disk, such as a glass disk, at its edge during processing includes a contact device for contacting the edge of the insulating disk and a mechanism for moving the contact device between a contact position, in contact with the edge of the disk, and a retracted position. In a first processing station, a conductive coating is applied to a disk held by the gripper, with the contact device in the retracted position. In a second processing station, ions are generated in a plasma adjacent to the surface of the disk held by the gripper. The contact device is in the contact position in contact with the conductive coating, and a bias voltage is applied to the contact device in the second processing station. The ions are accelerated from the plasma toward the disk by the bias voltage applied to the conductive coating.
