摘要： A system and method are provided for a food loading station having a disposer that grinds food waste that is located at a facility that processes food waste. A storage tank receives a slurry of food waste and water from the disposer. A controller is connected to the disposer and receives user identification information for users that operate the system. A remote module in communication with the controller receives the user identification information, receives system malfunction information that associates particular system malfunctions with the users based on malfunction times for the system malfunctions and login times for the users, and determines whether a particular user has more than a predetermined number of associated system malfunctions. A terminal associated with the facility and connected to the remote module receives the identification information for the particular user when the particular user has more than the predetermined number of associated system malfunctions.
