    • PURPOSE:To make a bag gas- and moisture-permeable completely all the time, yet permitting its water-barrier feature to be secured by forming tiny through openings in the film consisting mainly of polyolefin resins and the thermoplastic resins slightly miscible therewith. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of gas-permeable film 2 and 3 are obtained by a method wherein the resin materials consisting mainly of polyolefin resins and the thermoplastic resins slightly miscible therewith are melted and kneaded, the resulting mass is extrusion molded into film and this film is treated with heat over a predetermined temperature range at non-shear rate, followed by quenching and then drawing. The gas-permeable films 2 and 3 have a number of tiny openings formed therethrough, indicating a high degree of gas- and moisture-permeability. By reason of these tiny openings, however, the gas- permeable films 2 and 3 keep out liquid such as water with a high degree of water-barrier feature. Vapor escapes to the outside through the tiny openings of these films and will not stay in a moisture-permeable, water-barrier packaging bag. Conversely, if water is splashed on such bag from the outside, it is kept from entry into the bag.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a germless foamed food container, having enduring antifungal properties and excellent in workability, by a method wherein formable resin is mixed with a specified amount of antifungal zeolite to obtain an antifungal resin foamed sheet having a specified size while the sheet is formed into an arbitrary configuration through air-pressure molding or vacuum molding. CONSTITUTION:Foamable resin, consisting of styrene resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin and the like, is mixed with 0.1-5wt.% of antifungal zeolite to form an antifungal resin foamed sheet having the thickness of 0.8-3mm and the width of 600-1,100mm while the sheet is formed into an arbitrary configuration through air-pressure molding or vacuum molding. The antifungal zeolite 2 is distributed uniformly into the main body 3 of the foamed container consisting of the foamable resin 1 in such a manner, therefore, the container is provided with bactericidal action at a part in direct contact with a food when the food is packed into the main body 3 of the foamed container while the inside of the main body 3 of the container is not elution type and foreign materials will never be mixed into or adhered to the food, therefore, the bactericidal action can be perpetuated semi-permanently.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet having an antibacterial power and a capability of semipermanently retaining its antibacterial effect, by adding a specified amount of an antibacterial zeolite to a thermoplastic resin and forming the mixture into a sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sterile thermoplastic resin sheet mainly consisting of a thermoplastic resin (e.g., PS, PE, PP, polyamide, polycarbonate or polyethylene terephthalate) and an antibacterial zeolite, wherein said antibacterial zeolite is present in an amount in a range of 0.1-5wt.% based on the total weight of the thermoplastic resin and prepared by forming said composition into a sheet. This sheet can be obtained by mixing said thermoplastic resin with said specified amount of said antibacterial zeolite and extruding the mixture into a sheet at a temperature higher than the softening point of said thermoplastic resin. This sterile sheet is advantageous in that it can retain its antibacterial power and an antibacterial effect semiparmanently, the antibacterial substance is not dissolved out of the sheet and therefore does not cause the taste of food to change and it is almost nontoxic.

    • PURPOSE:To retain antibacterial property for a long period of time without dissolving-out antibacterial agent and make processibility better by providing a sterile resin foaming sheet constituted of foaming resin in which antibacterial zeolite is mixed and air compression molding or vacuum molding the sterile resin foaming sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sterile resin foaming sheet is provided by mixing an antibacte rial zeolite 2 into foaming resin 1, and a sterile foaming food container is molded by air compression molding or vacuum molding the sterile resin foaming sheet into an optional shape. Approximately 0.1% to wt. 5% of antibacterial zeolite is mixed to the foaming resin and a sterile foaming sheet in the range of the thickness of approximately 0.8mm to 3mm and the width of approximate ly 600mm to 1100mm is molded, and further a sterile foaming food container is molded by applying a plain or colored film to the sterile resin foaming sheet and gravure printing patterns or the like on the film. As the antibacterial zeolite 2 is uniformaly distributed in a foaming container main body 3 constituted of foaming resin 1, sterile effect or rotproof effect is effective and antibacterial effect can be maintained semi-permanently.

    • PURPOSE:To mold a container having good stability and being completely closed, by constituting a male mold and a female mold for molding without necessity of a leg piece molding part, compressing a synthetic resin material heated and softened in the female mold and separating the male mold quickly from the female mold to cool and harden the material. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like synthetic resin material A is placed on an edge face molding part 7 of a female mold 5 and then heated to soften in a molten state. A male mold 1 is lowered from the upper part and the edge face molding part 3 is contacted with the edge face molding part 7 of the female mold 6. Thereafter, air is sucked from a sucking hole 9 for a molding material to compress it under vacuum. The synthetic resin material A is compressed between both molds 1 and 5 and a molded container is pressed in a softened state. At this time, the synthetic resin material A being pressed in a leg piece molding part 8 with a rim bottom is compressed by a bottom molding part 4 of the male mold 1 and a hollow part C is thereby formed. Then, the male mold 1 is quickly pulled up, instantaneously cooled and taken out of the female mold 5 to mold a molded container.
