    • PURPOSE: A soundproof tunnel is provided to prevent the deformation of a lower part pillar and to enhance the degree of freedom of design for a lower part pillar by reducing the load delivered to a lower part pillar supporting a ceiling structure. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof tunnel(100) includes a lower part pillar(110), a width change type frame(120), and a ceiling frame(130). The lower part pillars are installed with a regular distance each other on a pair of right and left foundation concretes(20) which are successively installed along the left and right sides of a road(10). The lower part pillar comprises a plate shaped web(113) connecting an external flange(111) and an internal flange(112). The width change type frames have each end connected by the medium of each upper end of a pair of the lower part of pillars and a combining member(118). The ceiling frames are connected by the medium of each other end of a pair of width change type frames and other combining members. The ceiling frame forms the upper ceiling going across a road.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a box-type steel composite girder is as follows. A steel box type split steel girder(110) composed of upper and lower flanges and a pair of webs is manufactured, and the center portion thereof is open. A form for placing a sectional deck(140) is installed. Reinforcing bars for reinforcing the strength of concrete placed between a bottom form and a side form are arranged. The sectional deck is integrated in the split steel girder by placing high-strength concrete with high compressive strength in the form, and the open top of the split steel girder is closed. The forms are removed.
