    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wave formation method in which regular waves and irregular waves which are advanced to the obliquely preceding direction of every wave formation plate can be generated by a wave peak line formed of the envelope of waves generated by every wave formation plate by a method wherein a plurality of wave formation plates are arranged in a row, every plate is driven individually, the periodical motion of every plate is controlled and a control device is controlled by a predetermined wave-formation instruction signal. SOLUTION: A plurality of wave formation plates P are arranged in a row. They can be arranged in an arbitrary arrangement such as in a line shape, a curve shape, an oblique straight line shape or the like in addition to a straight line shape when a coordinate position used for a computing operation is set. The plates P are periodically moved back and forth at a hinge part to every adjacent wave formation plate by driving gears D. A wave-formation instruction signal to a control device C is given to the control device C which has a predetermined cycle, a predetermined phase difference and a predetermined amplitude according to the advance direction of target regular waves in such a way that a phase difference is generated in the periodical movement of every adjacent plate P by means of a snaking principle. Thereby, every driving gear D moves every plate P back and forth on the basis of the snaking principle, and regular waves are generated in the advance direction of target waves by a wave peak line formed of the envelope of waves generated from every plate P.

    • PURPOSE: To speed up construction works easily, and to shorten the term of works by protruding hanging hooks at both end sections of a precast girder member, fitting these hanging hooks to the head section of a bearing pile member and unifying the end sections of the girder member with concrete in each pile head section and a pile peripheral cup. CONSTITUTION: Steel pipe piles 12 are driven and arranged at regular intervals. A pile peripheral cup member 14 molded with concrete is hung, and fitted to the pile head section 12a of the steel pipe pile 12 through hanging hooks 38. A pile bottom plate 46 and beam-seat plate members 40 are disposed inside the pile head section 12a at that time. Precast main girder members 16 are hung up, and hooked to the similar pile head sections 12a of the pile members 12 previously driven to the pile head sections 12a of the steel pipe piles and a starting section through hanging hooks 26 respectively, and hooked successively. Sub-girder members 18 are hooked and installed similarly to the pile head sections 12a of each steel pipe pile 12 in the direction orthogonal to the main girder members 16. A floor board member 20 is hung up, and dropped into and fitted among each girder member 16, 18, thus fixing mounting plates 42 for each connection and the girder members 16, 18. When the construction is completed in fixed span, concrete is placed, thus unifying each member and pile.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce cost by a method wherein wave dissipation/foot protection blocks or the like are installed for foot protection on the front of a gentle-sloped revetment and filling for the revetment main body and after artrificial stones are laid on the blocks or the like, artificial rocks are laid further thereon. CONSTITUTION: After wave dissipation/foot protection blocks 12 of an existing revetment 10 are removed temporarily, the blocks are installed again as foot protection 14a on the front of a gentle-sloped revetment and filling 14b for the main body of the revetment. After leveling materials 16 made from natural or artificial stones are thrown onto the upper layer of the wave dissipation/foot protection blocks 12, cover leveling is made so that a specified degree of gentle slope can be achieved while subsidence is prevented. Then, artificial rocks 18 are laid and fixed in appropriate upper positions on the leveling materials 16, and furthermore, artificial soil 18 is embedded into the artificial rocks and salt-resistant plants 20 are planted.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an absorption type wave making device by which a complicated arthmetic processing system can be simplified and stable feedback control in real time can be available. CONSTITUTION: A wave-making plate is driven and controlled by the wave- making command signal corrected by an on-line feedback signal sent from a digital filter that operates in real time. The change in liquid level is measured in a plurality of positions having different distances each other directly before a wave-making plate 4, and to separate the reflected wave train from the sum of the incident wave and reflected wave train, the respective measured signals are subjected to digital filter processing respectively, and then the superposed each other to become a feedback signal. This feedback signal determines the motion of the wave-making plate 4 necessary for absorbing the reflected waves, and by adding it to the wave-making command signal, a wave-making/absorption command signal corrected by the feedback signal is input into a driving device, and the wave-making plate 4 carries out a prescribed wave-making motion necessary for absorbing the reflected waves.

    • PURPOSE:To form the uniform releasing film which is not repelled even when the oil remains on the surface of a mold by consisting of strong basic amine and higher fatty acid and/or ethylene glycol as essential components, diluting the stock solution with water to an appropriate viscosity and using it in the form of aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION:The stock solution of the releasant constitutes of strong basic amine such as morpholine and higher fatty acid such as oleic acid and/or ethylene glycol or the like as essential components and is regulated through mixing and adding. When the stock solution is coated on the surface of a model for molding the green sand mold, it is diluted to an appropriate viscosity to be used as the releasant. Because the stuck solution of the releasant can be diluted with water, it is not bulky in storing or carrying, and the storage and carriage is facilitated. In the composition of the releasant when it is coated, no oil of hydrocarbon based is used, and the resouries saving and fire safety are improoved. A uniform releasing film can be formed on the surface of the mold, and the releasant can be coated in the form of the aqueous solution. The leakage resistance for the mold when used as the releasant can be improved.
