      SOLUTION: The electrooptical device is equipped with the liquid crystal panel 2 having a liquid crystal layer 8 sandwiched between a pair of substrates 6 and 7, a polarizer 9a provided on the back side of the liquid crystal panel 2, the back light 3 which irradiates the back side of the liquid crystal panel 2 with light, and the frame 4 holding a peripheral edge part of a light guide plate 11 constituting the back light 3; and the frame 4 has a panel storage part 5 storing the liquid crystal panel 2, which has the polarizer 9a stored in the panel storage part 5 to overlap the optical waveguide plate 11 while directed to the side of the back light 3 and also has the peripheral edge part bonded and fixed to the frame 4 with an adhesive 13 injected into between a flank of the liquid crystal panel 2 and a flank 5b of the panel storage part 5.
