    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step information management system for recording/managing the detailed information of a working status changing with the lapse of a time in a working step. SOLUTION: This system for managing the information of a working step is configured by providing a working device 59 installed in a conveyance route 58 of a product with a sensor 54 for time-sequentially acquiring the working information of the product and a first recording means for recording the acquisition time of the working information acquired by the sensor 54. This system includes an input/output detecting means for detecting the input/output of a product to the working device 59, a second recording means for recording the input/output time of the product detected by the input/output detecting means with the lot number of each product and an arithmetic part for collating both information recorded in the first recording means and the second recording means based on the time when the information is recorded, and for retrieving the product history of each lot number.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment method and a system used therein which enable speeding up of startup operation of waste water treatment using anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria whose growth rates are extremely low, and speeding up of denitrification reaction at steady operation after startup.
      SOLUTION: In the waste water treatment system 100, a nitrite-oxidizing bacteria removal device 12, an oxygen-free tank 18, a nitrous acid production tank 20, an anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing tank 22, a nitrification tank 24, and a sedimentation pond 26 are arranged in this order, and these tanks are connected through pipe lines 32, 34-40. A return line 42 for returning a part of outflow water from the nitrification tank 24 to the oxygen-free tank 18, and a bypass line 44 for bypassing a part of outflow water from the oxygen-free tank 18 to the anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing tank 22 are installed. In the nitrite-oxidizing bacteria removal device 12, nitrite-oxidizing bacteria are removed from waste water to ≤10
      2 cells/ml, and a part of BOD (biological oxygen demand) components is removed to a BOD/N ratio of ≤1.5.
