摘要： A soft magnetism metal powder having a majority of particles, each of which, when cross-sectioned, has no greater than ten crystal particles on average, may be coated on an outer surface of each of the particles with a resistive material having a higher resistivity than the underlying parent phase. The soft magnetism metal powder may be prepared by heating a soft magnetism metal powder to a high temperature in a high temperature atmosphere, thereby reducing the number of crystal particles in each of the soft magnetism metal powder particles. A soft magnetism metal formed body may be prepared by pressing the soft magnetism metal particles at a sufficient temperature and pressure.

摘要： A method for producing a separator for a fuel cell including, first, mixing carbon particles with thermoplastic resin particles to produce mixed particles, and kneading the mixed particles into pellets. Second, the pellets are extruded and formed into a sheet-form base material. Third, the sheet-form base material is grooved by rolling with a roller having a pattern on a peripheral surface thereof. The pattern on the roller is transferred on the separator to have a predetermined groove pattern.

摘要： A roll forming apparatus comprises a plurality of driving roll stands and a plurality of drivingless roll stands, wherein the drivingless roll forming stand comprises an upper and a lower roll units and side roll units arranged around a central through-hole of a plate member supported by a supporting post. Each of the roll forming stands is adapted for automatically positioning each of the rolls associated therewith to preset positions for bending operation. The plate member is rotatable about the axis of the central hole, and a transverse slide table fixedly mounting the supporting post is transversely movable to the axis. Molding laces for cars are roll formed by bending a strip during travelling through a series of these adjusted roll stands.
