摘要： Provided are a method of diagnosing the recurrence or possibility of recurrence of hepa¬ tocellular carcinoma after hepatocellular carcinoma surgery and a method of screening a drug for preventing the recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma after hepatocellular carcinoma surgery and treating hepatocellular carcinoma. Specifically, the recurrence or possibility of recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma after hepatocellular carcinoma surgery is diagnosed and a drug for preventing the recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma after surgery and treating hepatocellular carcinoma is screened, by measuring expression levels of a metastatic tumor antigen 1 or metastasis associated 1 (MTAl) protein in a biological sample taken from a patient in which hep¬ atocellular carcinoma recurs or is likely to recur after hepatocellular carcinoma surgery and comparing the measured expression levels of the MTAl protein with those of a normal control group.

摘要： The present invention relates to a composition comprising extracts of Gramineae plant that improves cell viability under hypoxic conditions by inhibiting apoptosis. Thus, the extract of Triticum aestivum L., one of the Gramineae plant, of the present invention, in particular, prevents damage of brain, heart and kidney in animal models of ischemic diseases, and it also improves memory in an animal model of Alzheimer's disease. Therefore, a composition comprising extracts of Gramineae can be used as therapeutic agents or health care foods for preventing and treating ischemic diseases and degenerative brain diseases.

摘要： Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of central nervous system diseases which comprises an expression or activity regulator of AKAP12 (A-kinase anchoring protein 12) as an active ingredient. Also, a method is provided for treating central nervous system diseases using the pharmaceutical composition. Having the ability to up- or down-regulate the formation of fibrotic-glial scars which are absolutely central to the regulation of central nervous system diseases, the expression or activity regulator of AKAP12 can be used to effectively treat central nervous system diseases by reducing excessive inflammation-induced secondary injury and by promoting the regeneration of the neural network. Ultimately, the expression or activity regulator of AKAP12 is expected to be used in the treatment and prognosis improvement of central nervous system diseases including post-traumatic stress syndrome, stroke, and spinal injury.
